Easy to setup. Good size. Weight is good.Takes Great pics in all envirments. Great video None The T1i is a great upgrade from the Canon Rebel XS.
fabiopandin 7:07pm on Friday, October 15th, 2010
This camera, so far has been wonderful. Even in the hands of someone inexperienced with good cameras it produces great pictures. This is my first DSLR and the T1i takes great pictures despite my low photography knowledge. If you can get this camera for around 6 to 700 bucks, go for it!! If you are looking to step into the Digital SLR game. If you are buying an DSLR camera for the first time, this camera is very good. Now, if you wanted to just take pictures.
hansmeiser 3:35pm on Sunday, October 3rd, 2010
I have has so much fun with this camera. Just went on vacation and took over 1000 shots! This is my first DSLR, I have researched & compared this to some higher-level Canons and Nikons, but at the end, they will all take awesome shots.

The 15MP T1i is extremely capable. The fast shutter speeds allow me to actually catch focused pictures of my 2 year old. I really love my new camera. It takes fabulous photos. I really like the image stabilization lens on it.

I got a great deal from American on this camera. I got the body, the 18-55 mm lens, the 55-250 mm lens, a 4 GB memory card. Quite easily the best DSLR I have known. I did an extensive research which included the comparison between the Canon EOS T1i, NIKON D3000.
tjonessi 8:53am on Thursday, May 27th, 2010
Wow! What an improvement. I got the original Digital Rebel years ago. Finally gave out on me. Thought I was just shelling out $500 for replacement,... They sold me an OPENED item!!! WARNING! I bought this at amazon as the seller. I was really excited to receive my camera.
Vidas 4:52pm on Tuesday, April 20th, 2010
Love It! Very good camera, hard to use until you learn the settings. I will learn it and have this camera for as long as it lasts. Great product!
duklex 4:14pm on Saturday, April 17th, 2010
beautiful design, hard to break, pretty good inbuilt flash, what more can a guy ask. Its worth every penny. Quite easily the best DSLR I have known. I did an extensive research which included the comparison between the Canon EOS T1i, NIKON D3000.

Warning

If you have a power aerial without a relay box, connecting this unit with the power connecting cord (not supplied) may damage the aerial.
Notes on the control leads The power aerial control lead (blue) supplies +12 V DC when you turn on the tuner or when you activate the ATA (Automatic Tuner Activation), AF (Alternative Frequency) or the TA (Traffic Announcement) function. When your car has built-in FM/MW/LW aerial in the rear/side glass, connect the power aerial control lead (blue) or the accessory power input lead (red) to the power terminal of the existing aerial booster. For details, consult your dealer. A power aerial without a relay box cannot be used with this unit. Memory hold connection When the yellow power input lead is connected, power will always be supplied to the memory circuit even when the ignition switch is turned off. Notes on speaker connection Before connecting the speakers, turn the unit off. Use speakers with an impedance of 4 to 8 ohms, and with adequate power handling capacities to avoid its damage. Do not connect the speaker terminals to the car chassis, or connect the terminals of the right speakers with those of the left speaker. Do not attempt to connect the speakers in parallel. Connect only passive speakers. Connecting active speakers (with built-in amplifiers) to the speaker terminals may damage the unit.
