Seating Capacity:

606 Seats in the basic theatre setup with 6 seats permanently removed for sound console (Space for console is 120 Wide X 60 deep).

Dressing rooms:

2 rooms accommodating: 20 people in one, 15 people in the other. The dressing rooms are located on the second level. (Note: You must go up a flight of stairs to get to the dressing rooms) The washroom in the green room functions as a barrier free dressing room for 1 person unable to climb stairs

Wardrobe:

Wardrobe is located on the second floor containing a washing machine, dryer, 2 irons and large sink. (Note: You must go up a flight of stairs to get to the wardrobe room)

Orchestra Pit:

The orchestra Pit is below 9 removable 420lbs. traps inside the thrust. There is access to the orchestra pit below the stage via the stairs on SL and SR. Note: the pit will be covered. If you wish to use it, there is a substantial labour cost to remove the traps and put it back. Length: 24-0 Centre stage width: 8-5 Depth below stage level: 7-0 Music Stands: 20 Chairs: 20 Note: The orchestra pit cannot be adjusted in height.

Loading facilities:

Load-in is obtained on the east side of the building through an overhead door at street level: A STEEL RAMP IS REQUIRED The theatre has a 16-0 ramp Door size; Height: 74 Width: 74 Parking for trucks or buses is located on the East side of the building.
