Next command sets the volume, in format address 31, data xxx where xxx is volume in 1dB steps. 0 gives -90dB, 105gives +15dB. If volume setting not received within 5s the operation is cancelled and the next addr 31 command is ignored. If an addr 19 or 17 command is received before the volume setting it also cancels the operation.
