1. DEFINITIONS Member Rewards Catalogue is a rewards programme (hereinafter referred to as Programme) designed by CIMB Bank Berhad [13491-P] and (hereinafter referred to as CIMB) for CIMB Bank credit card members (hereinafter referred to as Cardmembers). The rewards Programme is composed of two categories: 1. Flight Rewards which refers to the transfer of CIMB bonus points to Malaysia Airlines frequent flyers programme. 2.Non-Flight Rewards, refers to all other gift rewards, except Flight Rewards, offered in this Programme. The gift rewards also include the redemption of Government Service Tax and Credit Card Annual Fees. 2. ELIGIBILITY 1.All Cardmembers under the bonus points scheme are eligible to participate in this Programme. 2.Cardmembers with credit card account(s) that is/are cancelled or suspended or in arrears or over limit are not eligible to participate in this Programme. All credit card accounts must be in good order before any gift is released and we reserve the absolute right to decline any redemption if any of the credit card accounts are in arrears/over limit/cancelled/suspended. 3. Redemption of bonus points that have been accumulated in both the principal Cardmembers account and supplementary Cardmembers card account(s), respectively, can only be made by the PRINCIPAL Cardmember. 3. BONUS POINTS EARNED 1. Bonus points mean the points earned by Cardmembers via retail transactions charged to their CIMB Bank credit card account in accordance with the provisions herein. 2. Bonus points are awarded to the Cardmembers based on the total Ringgit Malaysia (RM) amount of retail purchases (within and outside Malaysia) charged to the Cardmembers credit card which is reflected on the Cardmembers credit card account statement (Statement). Every RM1.00 charged to the Cardmembers credit card and reflected on the Statement will earn one (1) bonus point. 3.The bonus points earned in respect of retail purchases transacted outside Malaysia will be calculated based on the RM equivalent of the transacted sum which will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate determined by CIMB at its absolute discretion. The bonus points accumulated shall be reflected in the monthly credit card statement.

4.The following transactions shall not earn bonus points: a.Cash advances, cash withdrawals, and/or betting or gaming transactions; b. etail transactions in respect of purchases of petrol R and diesel; c. etail transactions which are disputed by the R Cardmember; and d. ayment of the annual fee, interest/finance charges, P cash advance fees, processing fees, or any other kind of fees and/or penalties whether imposed by CIMB or otherwise. 5.CIMB bonus point scheme is accumulated on an individual card basis. Bonus points earned do not have any cash or monetary value and are not convertible to cash. 4. VALIDITY OF BONUS POINTS 1.Unless utilised earlier, bonus points earned and accumulated by the Cardmember shall be forfeited and deemed expired: a.Three (3) years (i.e. 36 months) from the date the credit card was issued (Expiry Date), and subject to renewal of the Card, three (3) years from the date thereof (Classic, Gold and Platinum Card), or b.Upon cancellation of the Card, whether effected by CIMB or Cardmembers, whichever shall be earlier. 2.All bonus points must be redeemed prior to their expiry date. The various applicable bonus points expiry date will be shown in Cardmembers monthly credit card statement. Redemption of bonus points may be made at any CIMB branch, by faxing the redemption order form obtained from the Member Rewards Catalogue, or by calling CIMB at telephone number 03 - or online by logging on to CIMBs website www.cimbbank. com.my 3.Cardmembers who are liable to pay an annual fee for their credit card, may utilise their bonus points towards payment of the annual fee. However, such option to redeem the bonus points towards settlement of the annual fee must be exercised by the Cardmember within two (2) months from the date that the annual fee is posted to the Cardmembers account, as indicated in the Cardmembers statement. 4.Cardmembers who are liable to pay an annual Government Service Tax for credit card, may utilise their bonus points to offset the service tax. However, such option to redeem the bonus points towards settlement of the service tax must be done after it has been charged and posted on their credit card statement. 5.Any unused bonus points will be automatically forfeited after the applicable expiry date and the bank has no obligation to reinstate the expired points. 5. NON - FLIGHT BONUS POINTS REDEMPTION 1.All redemption of bonus points (including a request to transfer bonus points to Malaysia Airlines Frequent Flyers Programme) are subject to the Cardmembers credit card accounts being in good standing i.e. not overdue in payment and within the approved credit limit and not cancelled or suspended or terminated by CIMB at the time redemption request is made.

2.Subject to clause 5 (1), all redemptions are also subject to the accumulation of sufficient bonus points and CIMBs final acceptance. Redemption request with insufficient bonus points shall be cancelled automatically by CIMB without further reference to the Cardmembers. 3.All products and services featured in the catalogue are subject to the following: a. Product/service availability; b.Cardmembers available bonus points; c.Cardmembers credit line/available credit balance; d.Cardmembers credit card account status; and e. Final acceptance by CIMB. 4.Cardmembers may utilise their accumulated bonus points to qualify for any one or more of the following options: a. Featured product/service redemption/; b.Waiver of credit card annual fee; or c. Waiver of Government Service Tax d. light Reward redemption by transferring bonus points to F Malaysia Airlines Frequent Flyers Programme. 5.CIMB hereby expressly disclaims all and any liability to the Cardmember in respect of any redemption of a product or service under this Programme. 6. Bonus points, which have been used to redeem any product or service, shall be deemed as extinguished. Request by Cardmembers for any change to or cancellation of a redemption, which has accepted by CIMB, will not be entertained. Products and/or services redeemed cannot be returned or exchanged. Provided always that CIMB shall have the absolute right to refuse any request for the redemption of any type product or service which are no longer available. CIMB shall in its absolute discretion be entitled to substitute or remove any product and/or service from the Programme. 7.CIMB hereby expressly excludes, does not make and disclaims any representation, warranty or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral in respect of any of the products and services featured. In particular, CIMB does not warranty that any of the products and services provided herein is of merchantable quality and/or fit for the particular purpose. CIMB shall not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any damage or loss or accident from the use of any of the redeemed items. 8.All items featured in this catalogue may differ from the actual products in terms of color or design details. CIMB shall not be liable nor responsible in any way whatsoever to the Cardmembers resulting from such discrepancies. 9.In the event that the Cardmembers choice of products and services are unavailable, CIMB shall in its absolute discretion substitute it with an item of similar value. CIMB reserves the right, without giving any prior notice nor assigning any reason whatsoever to the Cardmembers, to discontinue and/or replace all or any of the products and services provided herein.

10.CIMB shall not be liable for or obliged to recognise or replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Products and Products accepted in good condition are strictly nonreturnable and non-exchangeable. In the event of Products being defective or damaged upon delivery or for any queries relating to the warranty, Cardmembers should contact the parties whose numbers are stated on the warranty card. 11.Cardmembers hereby give their consent to and authorise CIMB to use and/or disclose their particulars to a third party including the participating merchants/suppliers for the purposes of the Programme. CIMB warrants that the disclosure shall be limited to the Cardholders name, address, telephone number and shall be used only in relation to and for the purposes of the Programme. 12.CIMB shall only be responsible for taking the redemption/ purchase instructions from the Cardmembers and forwarding the same to the suppliers/merchants of the respective items. CIMB disclaims any liability or duty in relations to the items redeemed/purchased. The items is/ are sent and supplied to the Cardmembers by the supplier who is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities, relating to the supply, sale and warranty of the terms and all ancillary charges. 13.CIMB assume no responsibilities for any physical injury, death, claims, losses, costs, expenses, damages or embarrassment suffered by Cardmembers or any other party, of whatever nature resulting from the gift redemption, purchase or the use of either products or services offered herein. 14.Should the utilisation of the bonus points and/or the redemption of gift result in a tax liability to the Cardmembers, CIMB shall not be responsible for paying the same. Any taxes or charges imposed by the relevant authorities/ service establishments/suppliers pursuant thereto shall be borne by the Cardmembers. 15.All payment for courier fee shall be made and charged to the Cardmembers CIMB credit card account. The transaction details will appear on the Cardmembers credit card monthly statement. 1.Cardmembers who have successfully enrolled in the Malaysia Airlines Enrich Frequent Flyers Programme (hereinafter referred to as Enrich) will be entitled to redeem Flight Rewards. 2.Cardmembers who wishes to enrol to be an Enrich member must register with Malaysia Airlines by completing the Enrich Membership Application Form from any Malaysia Airlines outlets or enrol online at Malaysia Airlines corporate website.

6. FLIGHT REWARDS REDEMPTION
3.CIMB Cardmembers must accumulate and transfer a multiple of 6,000 CIMB bonus points for 1,000 MAS Enrich miles. The conversion and transfer of CIMB bonus points to Enrich miles will take approximately fourteen (14) business days from the date of CIMBs receipt of the Cardmembers order form. CIMB shall not revise any successful conversion and transfer of CIMB bonus points to Enrich miles. 4.CIMB shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever, in the event of any refusal by Malaysia Airlines to allow Cardmembers to utilise their Enrich Miles converted, earned or accumulated or for the termination of the Enrich Programme or otherwise howsoever. 5.CIMB does not give any representation or warranty with respect to the Enrich Programme. Any dispute(s) concerning the Enrich Miles converted or earned by the Cardmember shall be strictly a matter between the credit Cardmembers and Malaysia Airlines. 6.CIMB reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the bonus points conversion rate under the Enrich Programme. 7.CIMB Cardmembers are subject to and must comply with the terms and conditions of the Enrich Programme, which in turn will be governed by the terms and conditions, rules, regulations and procedures of Malaysia Airlines. 1. Delivery of the gift shall be made to the Cardmembers billing address, or the address furnished by the Cardmembers in his/her order form. 2. Delivery of gift will not be made to any P.O. Box addresses, Free Trade Zone addresses, addresses not serviced by courier providers, addresses outside Malaysia, as well as addresses at any CIMB Branches. 3.The free gift will be delivered to Cardmembers within 14 working days after receipt of the Cardmember(s) complete order(s). 4.Cardmember or any recipient of the item(s) is obliged to produce an identification document to the delivery personnel; failing which, the delivery personnel has the right to refuse delivery and will return the gift to CIMB as unclaimed. 5. Delivery will only be made against a written acknowledgement of receipt of the item and of satisfaction with its physical condition by any occupant/recipient at the address of delivery; and where such address is an office address, by any member/recipient at the office. Such acknowledgement shall be deemed to be the acknowledgement by the Cardmembers and CIMB assumes no responsibility thereafter.

7. DELIVERY

6.All goods and services supplied will be covered by the manufacturer or suppliers normal terms of business. Except where the law provides otherwise, CIMB will not be responsible for the quality or suitability of the goods or services or for any delay in delivery. 7.Cardmembers shall be liable for delivery charges for each of the gift item sent and such charges shall be debited into Cardmembers credit card account(s) accordingly. Courier Fee is applicable for deliveries to East Malaysia only and Langkawi island. 8. Delivery charges to Langkawi Island will be based on East Malaysias courier rate. 9. For redirection of delivery addresses, a service charge of RM10.00 per item will be debited to the Cardmembers credit card accounts accordingly. 8. OTHERS 1.Cardmembers are not allowed to collect gifts from any CIMB branches. 2.All gifts redeemed will have to be sent to Cardmembers at their address as specified in Clause 7. 3.If the gift is returned undelivered to CIMB due to nonacknowledgement of receipt by the addressee, CIMB may (but is not obliged to) re-send or redeliver the abovementioned gift to the Cardmembers provided that the cost incurred in resending the said gift shall be borne by the Cardmembers. 4.If CIMB attempts to re-send or redeliver the gift to the Cardmembers and such gift is again returned undelivered to CIMB after the second attempt of delivery, CIMB shall not further attempt to send or deliver the said gift. 5.If the Cardmember fails to provide CIMB with a valid address to accept delivery within 30 working days from the date the gift is returned undelivered to CIMB, the gift and the bonus points used to redeem the said gift shall be deemed forfeited and CIMB shall not be obliged to reinstate such bonus points to the Cardmember. 6.Any accessories/props/equipments featured together with the items in any pictorial herein are for decorative purposes and shall not be available for redemption by Cardmembers. 9. VARIATION OF RULES 1.CIMB reserves the right to withdraw this program in whole or part, or to vary any of the Terms and Conditions at any time, without giving any prior notice nor assigning any reason whatsoever to the Cardmembers. 2.These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the CIMB Credit Card Terms and Conditions applicable to the Cardmembers. In the event of the inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the said agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail as they apply for the order and special buy merchandise purchase by Cardmembers but not otherwise.
