Aquastop: safety for your kitchen.
Teka electrical appliances put your safety first. Dishwashers come complete with the latest devices to prevent water overflow into the kitchen with potentially dangerous results. Tekas Aquastop system is dual, i.e. incorporates a double overflow control device. The internal Aquastop, placed inside the tank, has a floating element that activates a signal transmitting micro switch when water flooding is detected. This signal is detected by an electrovalve which closes off the water flow. The external Aquastop automatically closes the access through the outlet water pipe when a leakage is detected.

Half load: no need to wait.
At times, we need to wash up without waiting for the dishwasher to be fully loaded. Tekas solution is the half load programme that can be activated only in the upper part or in the upper/lower part. Tekas environmental awareness is the guiding spirit of this feature, which saves, energy, detergent and water, a precious resource which we must learn to use more efficiently. A hidden element provides more capacity in the bottom basket as the surface walls are kept flush. For optimal performance, place crockery and the special half-load cutlery accessory in the upper basket, as washing is activated for this part only, leaving the lower one empty.

Water softener for gleaming results.

Teka knows how aware you are of protecting your valuable glasses and dishes. To give you the best results, the water softener device measures the water quality inside the machine, not in the water supply, using an internal smart sensor that can then make the necessary adjustments. This auto check ensures that your dishes come out gleaming and your glasses stay crystal clear. The sensitive sensor eliminates calcium carbonate from the water, preventing white spots from forming on the glass surface. Please, note that when the water softener is blocked, it loses its ability to eliminate calcium and more salt has to be added. Last news is that Teka has introduced positions 4 and 5, depending on water hardness, and the new water softening regulation system in some 45 cm models which reduces salt consumption.
Digital display: updated information.
Teka top range integrated dishwashers are equipped with an electronic control panel that incorporates a digital display to keep the user informed about selected functions. Teka offers 3 different control panels: digital displays, electronic panels and electromechanical panels. The digital display information leds show the selected programme, the start delay, indicator pilots for lack of salt and rinse aid, dry exclusion, economic or half load programme, alarm situation, etc. The electronic control system is capable of detecting and indicate several possible malfunctions of the dishwasher.

Impulse wash system: saving water and energy.
The impulse wash system makes water come out alternately by impulses of the upper and lower sprinkler letting the detergent act for more time. The result is that the water and energy consumptions are equivalent to a half load wash, even when washing at maximum capacity. Teka features the exclusive spraying system of the lower sprinkler. This system makes circular movements at the same time that moves throughout the dishwasher. This double movement, circular and pendulum-like, allows the water to reach every single zone, unlike other methods which just make a circular movement. As a result of its innovative sprinkling system, the plate settings capacity is increased over 10 plate settings in 45 cm models.

Teka dishwashers have several programmes combining different cycles. The range offers models with 4, 5, 6, 8 and 12 washing cycles. The cycle consists of soaking, washing, rinsing and/or drying at different temperatures, depending on how dirty the dishes are or the cleanliness standards you require. Washing gives your crockery a sparkle finish while the new forced condensation system ensures perfect drying. The auto-programme maximizes your washing performance by selecting the best temperature and cycle for each washing, by checking how dirty the dishes are. Each programme produces ideal results using a minimum of water and electricity. The Aqua-logic is an infrared sensor that regulates the entrance of water according to the dirtiness of the water that leaves the dishwasher. If needed, it will automatically reduce the water consumption.
Ready for 3 in 1 tablets.
Top of the range dishwashers incorporate a sophisticated specific system for 3 in 1 tablets. This system recognises its use through sensors, blocking the salt and rinse aid intake arranging efficiently the intake supplied by the pill. This allows optimizing the washing results with the minimum detergent, salt and rinsing aid consumption.
