Description The filter unit is BGIA-certified a ccording to DIN EN ISO 15012-1 (test certificate: 200822452/11400). The separation efficiency is 99%. The unit corresponds to the security requirements for units of the welding fume category W3 (high lloyed steels). The central, a self-dedusting cartridge filter system cleans the polluted air that is guided by a uction element suitable for practical s application through a specially ded signed ucting system. The advantages are the optimal dedusting performance (high lifetime of the cartridges, high suction performance), the user-friendliness and the low m aintenance. The filter cartridges are precoated ex works by a special filter medium. This procedure considerably increases the lifetime compared to standard filter cartridges. The combination of PULSE-CONTROL steering and POWER-SPRAY-System guarantees a very high dedusting performance of the filter cartridges in order to ensure an optimal suction performance during operation although the dedusting pressure is very low. The unit is appropriate to indoor andoutdoor assembly. Several filter modules can be connected in series. The modular construction allows extending the unit at any time in order to achieve larger filter surfaces. It is possible to return the filtered air into the working space which means a considerable save of heating costs especially in winter. In summer, the extracted air can also be guided outside.

Description Often a selective suction alone is not enough to undercut the legally prescribed limit values for working places and thus to exclude danger for humans. Therefore it is necessary to additionally ventilate the space. The TEKA room exhausting systems a pply the so called PUSH-PULL-System. On one side of the hall, the pollutants are taken in by sufficiently dimensioned ventilation gratings and filtered afterwards. On the other side of the hall the cleaned air is returned into the space either via ventilation gratings or via jets. Description Stationary oil mist separator which can be installed to most of the machine tools without problems due to its c ompact construction. The double-stage filter system guarantees an average separation efficiency of 98%. Afterwards, the cleaned air is returned to the working space. 3. Gas cutting benches / Welding and grinding benches
TEKA gas cutting benches are modularly c onstructed and are offered in standard sizes of 2 up to 24m2. Bigger tables are also regularly produced. The modules are assembled on site within short time. In combination with our suction units they protect against health impairment during thermal cutting procedures. We offer different welding benches, among others a special welding bench for education purpose that is often applied in companies with a training programme and that is flexibly to apply. Our grinding benches are characterized by rear wall suction and suction from below and are optionally fitted with lamellas. If you do not choose metal walls it is also possible to handle long and bulky objects in an ergonomic way.

Description The TEKA oxygen cutting tables are appropriate to boom machines and portal milling machines and are particularly economic due to low energy input. The very stable construction guarantees that the table does not distort even under high thermal loads. TEKA oxygen cutting benches possess asectional suction principle: Inlet ducts cover regularly the bench below the work piece support. The division guarantees an optimal extraction of the pollutants with a rather small amount of air. By means of the automatic damper control, a damper system only opens the section in the cutting area. Thus, extraction only takes place where fume is produced. The suction holes in the oxygen cutting bench are arranged in a way that gross particles directly reach the slag tank and do not unnecessarily charge the filters of the suction unit. Slag and gross dust are collected in the segment tanks which can be removed easily and safely by means of a crane. The TEKA oxygen cutting benches are characterized by short assembly time and low transportation costs. Tables up to a width of 2m and a length of 3m are already completely assembled. Bigger tables are assembled directly on site. The modular construction also allows a subsequent, user-defined extension of benches that are already built. 6. Fans and ducting

TEKA fans are efficiently applicable for aeration and ventilation of working places and halls. Polluted air can be extracted by means of a hose or a pipe fitted with an extraction element at the suction nozzle and can afterwards be guided outside by means of the suction nozzle and the connected ducting. Optionally, the air can be guided from outside to inside in order to supply working places or spaces with fresh air. Our high-quality fans that are made of steel plate or silumin casting are stably built and thus appropriate to a ontinuous c application. Additionally, a very calm operation is guaranteed by the static and dynamic balance. The fans are also inserted in our economic, universal applicable exhaust fan. They form the central unit of our filter devices, this time in combination with disposable filters or filter cartridges. The air is guided via the ducting from the working places to the unit nearly without loss. If required, the ducting can easily and professionally be installed by our technicians.
