TELEFUNKEN Diamond Series Limited Warranty Statement The Diamond Series includes the ELA M 270; ELA M 251T, ELA M 250; ELA M 250E; ELAM 251; ELA M 251E, C-12, U-47, U-48 and the Cine Mic. When you receive your TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustic microphone please fill out the warranty registration card and return in to: TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik 300 Pleasant Valley Rd. South Windsor, CT 06074 USA. By returning this card you have increased the warranty time from 90 days capsule and tube; 1 year amplifier and power supply to 1 year capsule and tube; 4 years amplifier and power supply. The rest of this is going to work from the premise that you have returned your warranty card. TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik warrants the Diamond Series microphone is free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace any part of the Diamond Series microphone which under normal installation and use discloses such defect, provided the Diamond Series microphone is delivered to TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik intact, for examination, with all transportation charges prepaid to TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik within 4 years of purchase and provided that such examination discloses in the judgment of TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik that it is thus defective. This warranty does not extend to any parts which have been subjected to misuse, altered, neglected, accident, damaged or stored in any manner that adversely affects it, or use in violation of instructions furnished by us which may have been tampered with, altered or repaired outside of TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustiks Service Center. This limited warranty shall be void if and of no further force or effect whatsoever if the Diamond Series microphone is repaired or modified by any other person than an authorized representative of TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik. This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused in whole or in part by attempts by personnel other than TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustiks personnel to open, repair, or
service the Diamond Series microphone; nor to damage to a unit which has been modified by persons other than TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik personnel***. The warranty is transferable but shall not be extended by reason of defect, or any period of time during which the R-F-T microphone is not available to the Buyer because of defects or repairs, without the express written consent of TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik. This 4 year limited warranty is given by TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik, in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied by any agent, reseller or employee for TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik.
