Electronic babyscale
Your Terraillon electronic babyscale has been developed according to quality and safety standards. Its measurement freeze function allows the weight to be displayed even if the baby keeps moving. With a particularly ergonomic design offering comfort and stability, it can memorise a reading and calculate the weight difference between 2 weighs.
c- Recall of recorded weight By pressing the MRC button, the previous weight memorised will appear on the screen with the sign to the right. The memorised weight will continue to be displayed for a few seconds. The recorded weight will remain in the memory until a new weight is recorded or the battery stops working. d- Weight difference between 2 weighs By pressing the button, the difference between the current weight and the recorded weight will appear on the screen with the sign. If the current weight is greater than the previous weight, the difference will be positive. If its the other way around, it will be negative. e- Overload The following message is displayed if the babyscale is overloaded (weight over 15 kg): ---- then ----. Remove your child immediately or the babyscale will be damaged.
HOW TO OPERATE YOUR BABYSCA
1- PUTTING IN THE BATTERY
The appliance uses one 9 V alkaline battery (6LR61 type). Insert the 9V battery into the compartment underneath the babyscale. Respect the polarities +/-. RECOMMENDATIONS - Clean your babyscale with a damp cloth without letting water get into the appliance. - Remove the 9V battery if the babyscale is not going to be used for a long period.
2- USING THE BABYSCALE
Press the ON/OFF button. The screen displays 0g. Place the baby in the scale. The weight is displayed. The measurement freeze function allows a weight to be displayed even if the baby keeps moving. a- Automatic Tare Function The automatic tare function allows you to weigh baby comfortably lying on a towel without including the weight of the towel. - Switch on the scales by pressing the ON/OFFbutton. - Put the towel on the scales. - Press the TARE button. The screen displays t then 0g - Put your baby comfortably on the towel. Only the weight of the baby is displayed. (When you remove baby and towel, a negative weight may appear. This is the corresponding weight of the towel in negative). b- Memorisation of a weight Once the weight of the baby appears on the screen, you can record it in the memory by pressing the M+ key.

GUARANTEE Your Terraillon electronic babyscale is guaranteed for 2 years against material and production defects. During this period, such defects will be repaired free of charge (proof of purchase must be produced in the case of a claim under guarantee). This guarantee does not cover damages resulting from accidents, incorrect use or negligence. In the case of a claim, please initially contact the shop where you bought your scales.

The electronic medical babyscales intended use is for weighing patients for the purposes of monitoring, diagnosis and medical treatment.
Precautions of use
This symbol indicates general precautions that should be taken when using this product.
WARNING CAUTION
This symbol indicates the possibility of serious injury if the product is mishandled or instructions are ignored. This symbol indicates the possibility of physical injury or equipment damage if instructions are ignored.
Do not reconnect power until the LCD is completely powered off. Use the wheels located in the bottom to move the scale around.
Warning
Remove all weight from the platform befor measurement. Use the product on a firm and flat surface. Clean after use with a lightly dampened cloth without allowing any water to get into the device. Do not use solvents or immerse the product in water. Avoid excessive impact or vibration to the unit, such as dropping the product onto the floor. Do not jump on the weighing platform. Only use the adaptor which has the characteristics mentioned in the paragraph: Product Specification.

Do not disassemble the product as incorrect handling may cause injury.
MAINTENANCE
The product has been manufactured and calibrated with precision. The user should not disassemble or attempt to calibrate the product. Remove batteries if the product is not in use for an extended period.

PRODUCT USAGE
Initialisation Insert the battery(s) in the battery compartment, making sure that the polarities are correct or power up the product by connecting the DC adaptor to the power socket. The battery type is specified inside the battery compartment. When batteries are changed, product will turn off automatically even if the adaptor is plugged in. It is necessary to set the balance of the product before you use it for the first time or if the product has been moved to another place: 1. Remove all weight from the platform. 2. Place the product on a hard and flat surface. Use the adjusting feet to adjust the balance until the bubble inside the level indicator is located in the middle of the drawn circle.

Operation
1. Press [On] key to turn the product on. The following displays will appear in the following order:
2. When and icons appear on the display, place the baby on the product. The weight will appear automatically. The weight is stable when icon appears once again on the LCD display. 3. If the product operates with battery and is not used for 20 seconds, it will turn off automatically. If the product operates on main, press [Off] key to turn it off.
Weighing with Tare
1. In weighing mode, press [Tare] key. NET will keep on flashing unless stable tare value has been obtained. 2. When appears and when the NET indication is not flashing anymore, the product is ready for the next measurement.
Measuring Tape usage
When the babyscale is turned on and when the measuring tape is plugged off the product, the babyscale will then turn off automatically even if the adaptor is plugged in. If the measuring tape is inserted again in the product, the babyscale will turn on automatically when the adaptor is being used. If the product is operating with batteries, [On] key will need to be pressed down to turn on the product.

PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
Dispose of used batteries in a designed container so that they can be collected and recycled. Do not mix different types of batteries. Do not mix new and used batteries. After life, dispose of this product at a designated waste recycling point.

This product is guaranteed against defects in materials or manufacturing. During the guarantee period, any such defects will be repaired free of charge (proof of purchase must be shown in the case of a complaint under guarantee).
