Quick assembly for use with Fleshlight
CAUTION Use this guide to aid in the initial assembly of the machine but DO NOT USE THE MACHINE until you have read and understood the precautions in the owners manual.

Funnel

Follow these procedures left-to-right, then topto-bottom. You must carry out these assembly procedures and make any necessary adjustments prior to any attempt to use the machine. You must read the owners manual to operate the machine safely. Do not attempt to assemble the machine for the first time while in the heat of passion and expect that passion to persist. The machine needs to be ready for action before you are.
1. Open the shipping box and
locate all the parts illustrated. If you plan to use the shipping box to store your machine, take note of how the parts are arranged inside.

3. Be certain that capture
screw and the main bearing are screwed in tightly.

4. IMPORTANT Slide the
funnel onto the transmission tube until it touches the red warning label. It will only slide on when aligned as illustrated. Rotate the funnel to this position and it will slide on easily. Owner manual Page 4
2. Pull the funnel out of the
short stand-off tube. These parts simply slip together.

5. Place the cradle on the transmission
tube as indicated and slide it towards the funnel such that the tongue of the cradle slides into the gap between the funnel and the transmission tube. Press it firmly and completely into the slot while being certain not to alter the position of the funnel on the transmission tube that you adjusted in step 4.

7. Set the screwdriver or drill on the
cradle and slide it forward towards the gearbox until it fully engages the hex drive.
10. Intermittently apply power and
watch the shuttle move up and down inside the clear transmission tube. Stop it when the shuttle is near the end of the tube with the funnel. Bearing

8. Now tightly wrap the Velcro strap up
and over the screwdriver then down, under, and around the underside of the cradle again. Continue until the excess strap is attached.

11. Insert the extension into the
shuttle. Hold the broad end of the extension and center the small end up at the bottom of the shuttle applying light force. Rotate the extension until you feel the snap-catches on the extension slip into the grooves in the bottom of the shuttle then push a little harder, and the extension will slide into the shuttle. Finally twist the extension clockwise and you will hear the snapcatches engage. You should not easily be able to pull the extension free from the shuttle.
Attach about one inch of the Velcro strap to the Velcro pad on the cradle as indicated. Then pass the strap beneath the cradle, between the cradle and the funnel.

9. Note the position where the strap passes over the screwdriver or drill. With many
screwdrivers that have round profiles and even with some drills, you will want to install the adhesive Velcro pad on the device as indicated. When the attachment strap is wound tightly around as before, it will also engages the Velcro on the device preventing it from moving. If using a drill, remember to tighten the chuck on the hex drive.

13. Slide the vent into the bottom of the extension
such that the adjustment tab sticks out through the slot in the side of the extension. This must be done on an angle such that the tab goes in first and exits the slot before the rest of the vent will slide in and sit flat.

the Fleshlight and re-install it firmly on the lip of the funnel. Then install whatever Fleshlight insert you intend to use. Remember, there can be no corn starch powder on the insert. Lubricate the insert liberally now.

16. Slide the long stand-off over
the Fleshlight and inside the short stand-off until it stops against the lip of the funnel. Slide/roll the adjustment O-ring up the longstand-off until it touches the short stand-off uniformly. If not already in place, press the comfort ring onto the end of the long stand-off.

14. Screw the empty Fleshlight
case into the extension on top of the vent. Adjust the vent as desired and tighten the Fleshlight quite firmly in the extension.
