Pictured is a handset from the Internet with information on key features and the price.
Removing the backside of the handset and looking underneath the battery you will see the ESN sticker. At right the ESN is circled in RED.
Each box is unique to it's handset. Highlighted in YELLOW is the SKU. The ESN is circled in RED which matches the ESN underneath the handset battery.
Legend: All ESN's will be circled in RED & all SKU's will be highlighted in YELLOW through out this document.

Hexadecimal ESN and MEID Conversion
There will be instances where you may come across an older Pocket handset or an NPCOAM handset, that only has a hexadecimal ESN ( 8 characters consisting of letters and digits) or a hexadecimal MEID ( 15 digits). These hexadecimal formats will need to be converted to a decimal format in order to be used here at Pocket. (Decimal ESN-11 digits, Decimal MEID- 18 digits) If you need to convert a hexadecimal ESN please refer to the Pocket intranet under the Online Tools section. Here you will find conversion links:
