Current or future weather conditions have an enormous effect on professional and leisure activities. Getting reliable forecasts is an essential part of getting prepared for such activities and can also be crucial as concerns safety. In a given place and at a given time the weather depends on the interaction of several parameters: atmospheric pressure, temperature, hygrometry, wind, cloud formations Forecasting the weather for a precise place requires advanced knowledge concerning the coordinated interaction of a series of criteria obeying physical laws. Most weather stations present on the market base their forecasts exclusively on variations of atmospheric pressure: they give us no more information than the traditional barometer! On the other hand, VION METEO CONCEPT weather stations integrate interactive modelling software that uses the various parameters detected to elaborate forecasts. These stations integrate all this information to detect the arrival of air masses: atmospheric pressure, temperature and hygrometry as well as, for certain models, wind, cloud cover or precipitation. VION METEO CONCEPT weather stations are the only ones that have such a system for intelligent or multi-criteria weather forecasts, an exclusive guarantee of the accuracy and reliability of their forecasts. The forecasts produced through these calculations can then e interpreted by the user according to their knowledge of specic, local conditions.
