Three strong-selling packaging concepts
In order to meet all kinds of presentation requirements at the point of purchase (POP), the range comprises three different packaging types. The question as to whether - Cardboard - Blister - Sales display (RDC retail display carton) is decided by the retailer's requirement for the customer. This ensures the range is placed ideally in the shelves, on the wall or at the POP in the RDC (e.g. blister products in themed baskets). A new feature is also the option of placing the blistered products in shelf systems outside the wall areas. It has emerged that markets divide product groups up into themed areas, including multiple placements, in order to boost turnover. The new Vivanco sales display means your customer no longer has to place all PC performance product groups in a single location on a rear wall, but it is now also possible to place them in themed areas (e.g. basket presentations of all USB interface products, such as USB hubs or USB adapters). As a result, your customer can use the products flexibly in the sales area as desired. More complex products requiring more explanations, e.g. network components, are still offered in cardboard packages. Products which speak for themselves are packaged in blister packaging so that they are generally fully visible in a wall presentation. Wireless LAN

The terms WLAN or wireless LAN refer to the technology and products needed to integrate computers, PDAs, smartphones, multimedia servers or games consoles into a local area network WITHOUT CABLES. Often it is not possible to install network cables in buildings, e.g. rented flats (see system example I). WLAN is the solution to this problem: computers and WLAN compatible devices can be arranged throughout buildings fully flexibly. The devices are even connected to each other, with network printers, memory devices and the internet through walls. A heatpipe can dissipate heat 100 times faster than a copper heat sink and 200 times faster that an aluminium heat sink. USB 3.0 - The new standard
USB is by far the most common connection for IT devices. It was originally developed in order to simplify the wide range of connections to PCs and to enable installation of various accessories such as mice, keyboards, webcams etc. USB has now become the standard connection for almost all digital devices such as netbooks, notebooks, Smartphones and all-in-one PCs. With the new "SuperSpeed" USB 3.0 version, this connection has once again been considerably improved. As USB 3.0 has been officially adopted as the global standard, perfect functionality between the relevant devices is now ensured.
Essential features of USB 3.0:
1. Speed is the most important feature:
5GBit/s means a data transfer rate which is about 10x higher than with USB 2.0! Users of external hard drives will notice a considerable difference.
This is illustrated by a comparison between USB 3.0 and previous types of connection 5000 Mega Bit/s 480 Mega Bit/s 400 Mega Bit/s 12 Mega Bit/s
In order to achieve the maximum transfer rate of 5 GBit/s, all components in the connection chain (boards -> cables -> devices) must be certified for USB 3.0 Vivanco has the necessary range of accessories. Thanks to optimisation of communication between devices (transfer protocol) even the connection of USB 2.0 devices (e.g. USB memory sticks) to USB 3.0 ports can result in a speed increase of up to 8%.

2. Compatibility:

USB 3.0 devices are compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1, however they then only provide the specified data transfer rates.
