PlastCoat PC 25 and PC 35: effective and ideal for the construction site
The high-grade stainless steel hopper will hold 60 litres of ready-to-spray material. The units are of light construction and can be assembled and cleaned without tools. Smooth adjustment of the material flow rate is possible, from 0 to 25 litres per minute. A hose length up to 50 m gives a large radius of action. An integral interface for container operation is already provided. The compressor can be fixed directly onto the equipment.

A world first: The automatic spray lance
The automatic spray lance is especially easy to use and allows the user to regulate all the main functions of the equipment, directly from his place of work: The PC 25/ PC 35 is switched on automatically when the material valve (1) is opened. The electric switch (2) takes care of this. When the material valve (1) is closed the unit will be switched off automatically. The air feed (3) can also be regulated directly at the spray-lance

When the spraying process is ended the PC 25/35 is switched off at the integral electric switch (2). This depressurises the material hose and shuts off the material feed. Due to this depressurisation the wear on the pump and the ball valve is minimal. This ensures soft starting for the next spraying run.

Application of the adhesive onto the insulation panels At the push of a button, the supply pump transports the adhesive to you and you apply it directly onto the insulation panels with a spray gun. (Release the trigger of the gun and the unit on the ground switches off automatically.) A special adapter on the gun simplifies the application of bonded thermal insulation adhesive in spots/beads.

Application of the reinforcement layer A texture spray head fitted with a 10 mm nozzle ensures an even application of the reinforcement adhesive. The reinforcement fabric is then laid into this horizontally and skimmed over with a smoothing filler. Using this working method the PlastCoat equipment gives a clear time advantage of up to 40 % compared to manual application.
Smoothing The PC 25 and PC 35 are suitable, for example, for smoothing over pre-cast concrete ceilings and large-scale brickwork. The smoothing and spraying filler is fed directly from the plastic bag into the stainless steel hopper via the sliding lid and roller extraction press.
Application of the top plaster Finishing plaster with a grain size of up to 5 mm can be sprayed on with this equipment. A time advantage of up to 30 % is achieved compared to handapplication, and depending on the material the equipment can deliver up to a height of 30 m and a distance of 50 m.
Texturing After smoothing a start can be made on texturing the ceiling and wall surfaces in living rooms and in the stairwell. Here the PC units offer a wide variety of possibilities for decorative design, from extremely fine, medium and coarse fibre textures right up to the application of spray plasters and polystyrene effects.

Completely automatic mixing and pumping in one the rolling mini-silo for small and large building sites
The combination of a PlastCoat delivery pump and a T 25 K Flow-line mixer gives an enormous saving of time and effort, even when only mixing small quantities on a small building site. One person is enough; the mini-silo will do the rest. How the mini-silo works: The Flow-line mixer mixes dry material and water and supplies the ready mixed material to the plaster application unit. At the push of a button the worker on the scaffolding can now make material available at the lance. The K in the T 25 K Flow line mixer stands for Communication, which means that the equipment thinks for itself: Not only automatic mixing but also automatic control over the supply of dry material and water is ensured by the dry probe and the water pressure sonsor. The wet probe installed in the delivery pump requests ready mixed material from the flow-line mixer. If no more is available, the equipment will switch off automatically. For the user this means: Effort-saving continuous working (with no mixing or bucket carrying) Convenient operation of all major functions such as the feed of material, directly at the lance Convenient transport of the rolling mini-silo
