How much time will I have to spend per Digital Family Memorial?

What is the turnaround time for a completed Digital Family Memorial?
We ask that you allow us 24-hours to create each Digital Family Memorial however we understand that you may need it sooner in certain situations. Although we can do amazing things, we prefer at least 24-hour for creativity and quality purposes.
What will I receive as a final product?
We insert your funeral home branding and contact information on each DVD which can be played on a computer or TV. Both of these devices must be capable of playing a DVD. The Flash online version requires high-speed Internet which will be sent to you in the form of a web address or link, via email to share with family members for a 30-Day FREE Trial.
Can I activate the Flash online version after the 30-Day FREE Trial?

Can I obtain additional DVDs?
Yes! We archive all our Digital Family Memorials on DVD and online so that family members can purchase them for only $14.95 each.

Yes! Once the online version of your Digital Family Memorial is uploaded to our Flash streaming media servers, we will send you a web address or link that can be easily added to your website.

How late are you open?
