INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WORX PRO RIDE PLATE YAMAHA SUPERJET 2008 on
10mm Hex Wrench 1 x Tube of silicone 1 x WORX Ride Plate

IMPORTANT:

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH INSTALLATION
Tools necessary for installation:

Parts Supplied:

Roll Ski onto left side (refer to manufacturers instructions ) Remove stock ride plate and wipe clean any old silicone from the hull and threaded inserts
2. Fill threaded inserts with silicone and apply a small amount of silicone to the mounting surfaces of your new Worx ride plate 3. Fit the Worx ride plate into position using the stock bolts and tighten. 4. Apply a bead of silicone around all edges of the ride plate and smooth off before it cures. 5. 6 Wipe off excess silicone with a damp cloth. Allow 6-6 hours for the silicone to cure before riding Regularly check that all bolts are tight Thank you for purchasing Worx Racing Components products. WORX MAXILOADER INTAKE GRATE YAMAHA SUPERJET 2008 on.
10mm Hex Wrench 1 x WORX Intake Grate 1 x 5mm Allen Key 2 x 20mm x 6mm Allen Head Bolts 2 x 12mm x 6mm Allen Head Bolts
IMPORTANT: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH INSTALLATION Tools necessary for installation: Parts Supplied:
1. Put ski on a flat surface. Roll onto left side (refer to manufacturers instructions). Remove stock intake grate using 10mm hex wrench and wipe clean any old silicone or from hull and threaded inserts. 2. Fill threaded inserts with silicone and apply a small amount of silicone to both mounting surfaces of your new Worx Intake Grate. 3 Fit Worx Intake Grate into position using the Allen Headed bolts and Allen key supplied: Important Use the shorter (12mm) bolts in the rear mounting holes Failure to do this could cause damage to pump housing, tighten with Allen key supplied 4 Wipe off excess silicone with a damp cloth. Allow 4-6 hours minimum for silicone to cure before riding. 5. Regularly check that all bolts are tight on your intake grate and ride plate. Thank you for purchasing Worx Racing Components Products.
