must be trading in a Switch from the eligible switches for trade in list. ZyXEL reserves the right to reject a trade in where the product is not sufficiently comparable.
The programme discount cannot be used in
conjunction with any other discounts, rebates or promotions from ZyXEL unless otherwise stated.
The discount is applied by the distributor at the

point of purchase.

All details on the Certificate of Destruction (CoD)
must be completed to validate the claim. The CoD must be returned to ZyXEL or your ZyXEL distributor before delivery of the switch.
ZyXEL reserves the right to validate legal ownership
(requiring a receipt or invoice showing the original purchase).
The product owner agrees to dispose of the
eligible product in accordance with the local regulations.
