Samsung F110 will upload workout data.

I've had the Samsung F110 Micoach set since April 2009 and it's always worked no problem. I decided to change from one workout plan to another and it's wiped the calendar in the phone. Several sync attempts and a hard reboot of the mobile later and it will now sync data of a workout I've done from the phone to the website but refuses to accept any plan data from the website.
Is there anything I can do about this?

I have the same problem. I've changed the workout, tried to sync with the mobile but it didn't.
Any help from the adidas support team?

Yes, I have just bought my F110 and have the same problem. It's very annoying as that is the point of the whole stuff. miCoach-support please let us know what is the solution for this?

Hi Martin!

As far as I remember the pacer had some technical issues and I don't know if it is solved by now or not. F110 has some sync issue sometimes. I choosed F110 because of the screen and its phone option. I am satisfied with it.
But I do believe the best gear can be the iPhone.

Hi, I see you know how to syn f110 with micoach web. I've got a big problems with that My free runs aren't visable in schedule on the web even if I choose "All Workouts" from

"Display" drop-down list. Moreover I've used Lose Weight Plan and first workouts everything was ok (after sync workout is visable on the web), but after I've done second and sync, the result of its isn't visable.
If you have any ideas I will be more then gratefull.

Hi, I've got the same problem. Can't synchronize with the website. It says, "synchronization complete" but no workout from the website shows on the phone. I get the replay from the support about the workouts compatibility, but even my workout is fine with what's written below, it's not downloading the data from the website.

Tried to sync only the assestment workout and the same result. I hope this problem can be solved somehow.

Hi Guys,

Today I made one assessment workout then got my phone synced. After this I set up one new workout plan and then syncronised again. For this time everything worked out perfectly!! So the solution might can be: before set up a new workout plan one assessment workout has to be done at first???
It worked out for me. Try it!

Hi! Thanks for your tip! I didn't try it yet. I'm in kind of a middle training plan. 12 workouts left. So. I will finish (I'm working with my Pacer) and then I will try to setup with samsung f110. I'm really up for this since I've promised my girlfried to gave her the Pacer. Enjoy your training!
Nevertheless, I do hope they will solve the problem with synchronization.
PS. English isn't my native as well.

Why Samsung F110, not Pacer?

So, why do you use mobile phone, not pacer?
For myself, I think F110 is better, because you can SEE the zone, bpm, time, etc. I always run holding the phone in my hand, in that way I can manage to run in the zones for 95-100%, because I see when I'm approaching to other zone. Also it's micoach is more merged with the music control. But it's really sad, that adidas aren't improving it, they have forgot about the F110. I really miss the possibility to create my own interval runs in web and downlad them in my micoah. Also there is no possibility to choose different voices, only different languages.

Also with the pacer you can download your own custom made interval workouts. Just create them as a custom workout and then either select them as a favourite or put them on the schedule. After sync they will be on the pacer.
I personnaly like the size of the pacer, nice and small you don't notice it is there. I don't like to have something in my hand while running because it tends to create strain/ tension and will influence my relaxed run.

This phone came with a possibility to strap on arm, but I'm holding it in the hand because I just want to see whats going on the display.

I'm with you. Samsung F110 its a great mobile phone, and very useful for amateur runners like me, but Samsung and Adidas seem to have forgotten it. There's nothing new about that great phone, no apps, no improves, no updates. nothing!! Very sad. And very informative about how these companies maintain their devices and gadgets.

No hay nada nuevo sobre este mvil, ni nuevas aplicaciones, ni mejoras, ni actualizaciones. nada!! Muy triste. Y muy indicativo de cmo estas compaas tratan y mantienen sus dispositivos y aparatos.

I have just bought an f110 and i am very dissapointed to learn there are no firmware updates and i cannot get the narrator voices updated as far as I can see. I watched the advertisements and thismade me want to get the phone, i cant beleive they are not keeping it updated!
starting to think i should of saved myself some money and just got a nike+ system
