PLEASE READTHESEINSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD. ALWAYS PROVIDE THE SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR THE CONTINUED SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD. WHEN USED FOR PLAYING, NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. Playard MUST be fully assembled with all top rails and center floor handle locked into position prior to use or attaching bassinet. Make sure latches are secure. DONOTplace child in playard unless all top rails and center floor handle are securely locked into position and floor pad is in proper place. Infant may roll into space between pad and loose mesh sides causing suffocation. Stop using this product when your child reaches 35 inches (89 cm) in height, weighs more than 30 pounds (14kg), or is able to climb out. DO NOTuse the bassinet when a child is in the playard. Stop using bassinet when your infant is 3 months old or weighs more than 15lbs. (6.8kgs). To prevent injury from falls, DONOT use bassinet when child is able to roll or push up on hands and knees. Use all clips to attach bassinet to the playard. Make sure clips are fully snapped into place. DONOT use if any clips are broken or missing. DONOT use bassinet on a bed, floor or other surfaces. The bassinet is designed for use ONLY with this Chicco Lullaby Playard. Stop using the changing table when your child reaches 25 pounds (11.4 kgs). Before each use or assembly of product, inspect for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges. DONOT use product if any parts are missing or broken. Contact Chicco for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DONOT use substitute parts. Although Chicco DOESNOTRECOMMEND refinishing this product, if you choose to refinish, use a nontoxic finish specified for childrens products. AVOID SUFFOCATION HAZARDS: To prevent suffocation from entrapment, use only the floor pad provided by manufacturer. NEVER use additional mattresses or padding. Infants can suffocate: In gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product sides On soft bedding. Never add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding. DONOT attach Toy Gym to floor pad while in playard. If a sheet is used, only use a fitted crib sheet that tucks at least 2(5cm) under the bassinet or floor pad on all sides to avoid entanglement. DONOT leave child in product with any side lowered. Be sure all sides are raised and locked in position whenever child is in product.

AVOIDSTRANGULATIONHAZARDS: NEVERuse additional mattresses, padding, sheets, or other objects that will permit your child to climb out, fall and/or be injured. If you choose to ignore this warning, then remove additional padding, large toy, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out when your child is able to pull to a standing position. Strangulation Hazard: Child can lift changing table and get neck trapped between changing table and playard frame. Never leave changing table in place when child is in the playard. Strings can cause strangulation! DONOT place items with a string around childs neck (hood strings, pacifier cords,etc.) or attach strings to toys. DONOT suspend strings into the bassinet or playard. DONOT place the playard near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child. AVOIDOTHERHAZARDS: Keep bassinet, Toy Gym and playard away from stoves, heaters, fireplaces and other hazards which can cause injury to your child. To reduce the risk of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their back to sleep unless otherwise advised by a physician. DO NOT place more than one child in bassinet or playard. DO NOT use in a motor vehicle - child can be seriously injured during an accident or sudden stop. DONOT move or fold bassinet or playard with child in it - child could be injured.

Cessez dutiliser ce produit quand votre enfant mesure de 35po (89cm) ou pes plus de 30 livres (14kg), ou est capable de grimper lextrieur du parc. NEPAS utiliser la couchette lorsquun enfant se trouve dans le parc. CESSER dutiliser la couchette lorsque lenfant atteint 3 mois ou pse plus de 6,8kg (15lbs). Afin deviter les blessures pouvant tre causes par une chute, NEPAS utiliser la couchette lorsque lenfant est capable de rouler ou de se soulever en poussant sur ses mains et genoux. Utiliser toutes les attaches pour fixer la couchette au parc. Sassurer que les attaches sont bien enclenches en place. NEPAS utiliser si des attaches sont brises ou manquantes. NEPAS utiliser la couchette sur un lit, le plancher ou une autre surface. La couchette est conue pour utiliser UNIQUEMENT avec ce Parc Lullaby de Chicco. Cesser lutilisation de la table langer lorsque lenfant atteindra 11,4 kg (25 livres). Avant chaque utilisation ou montage, faire une inspection pour reprer toute pice de quincaillerie endommage, joint relch, pice manquante ou bordure coupante. NEPAS utiliser ce produit si des pices sont manquantes ou endommages Communiquer avec Chicco pour obtenir des pices de rechange ou un nouvel exemplaire des instructions si ncessaire.
