My office has had a Saeco Vienna Superautomatic for which they charge $0.25/cup and provide everything but real milk. I purchased the Saeco Vienna in 2003 and used it several times a day for the first two years with no problems.

I have owned two of these, one as a replacement after the first one fell off a shelf. They were my first super automatic machines.

Descaling Manual - Super Automatic
Descaling is as important as changing the oil in your car every 3,000 miles. It is a process that eliminates mineral build up inside your boiler and ensures the machines longevity. For normal household use we recommend descaling at least once every 3 months, depending on the volume of use and hardness of your local water supply. There are many good descaling agents on the market today including Saecos own product: Part number 524000, 3 packets, $4.90 plus $5.90 shipping and handling. Any descaling product used with Saeco machines should be citric based. Do not use vinegar or lemon juice as this will cause damage to the machine. Tip: To ensure that the descaling solution completely dissolves, mix 1 packet of descaling solution with 1 cup of water, stir until powder is completely dissolved and pour into the water tank. Then add additional 3 cups of water.
WARNINGS Do not swallow. Avoid eye contact. Wash hands after use. Do not expose to heat. Keep out of reach of children. This product is non-toxic, biodegradable and odorless.
Step by Step For use with Vienna Black, Vienna Deluxe, Rondo SBS and Easy. 1. Start with the machine turned off. (1 packet of Saeco descaling solution to 4 cups of water.) 3. Turn on the machine. 4. Run approximately 8 oz. of solution through the steam wand, turn machine off and let sit for 15 minutes. 5. Repeat this procedure until the water tank is empty. 6. Rinse the water tank thoroughly and flush the machine by running two tanks of clean water through the steam wand.
2. Remove the Aqua Prima water filter from the tank and fill with the descaling solution.

The OptiDose adjustable doser feature enhances your flexibility to make an ideal cup of coffee. Not only can you change the fineness of the grinds and the amount of water used but also the amount of ground coffee used to make each individual cup from 6 to 9 grams. The easy access front service door simplifies general maintenance and cleaning.
