The following prices are for items in the facilitys inventory only. Additional equipment obtained through the MCC will be billed at cost plus a 15% handling fee and any labor required for setting up and striking. Some equipment is included with set-up. Please contact your Sales Representative or Event Coordinator for additional information. Please note: Facility users should be prepared to respond to reasonable requests for auxiliary aids for individuals with disabilities. The MCC has a limited inventory of these items including a wheelchair lift and ramp, which may be used at no charge (if available).

GRIMSBY CENTRAL HALL TRUST (C.H.T.) Standard Terms and Conditions for the use of the Yamaha C6 Grand Pianoforte in Main Concert Hall and the Bosendorfer Grand Pianoforte in Roy Kemp Recital Hall 1. 2. The charge for the use of the Yamaha C6 piano will be 50 The charge for the use of the Bosendorfer piano will be 30 The tuning of the piano must be booked through the Hall Manager, to be undertaken by the approved technician. The cost of tuning will be recharged to the hirer. The piano must only be played by the person(s) authorised to play it as specified on the booking form. The piano must be respected as a valuable concert instrument and used as such. Any damage caused by adverse usage must be rectified at the expense of the person causing same. The piano must only be moved into position by persons authorised by the Central Hall Trust No other objects (e.g. musical instruments, stage properties, amplifiers etc.) must be placed on the piano. Any damage caused by such objects must be rectified at the expense of the person causing same. The piano is not intended to be used as a rehearsal instrument and the hire of it only includes the use of same for one rehearsal.
