Publishing Flash Quiz Template Content to Macromedia Breeze Training Using AICC Tracking for Student Performance
You can take quiz content created with Flash Quiz templates and publish the content to Macromedia Breeze Training using Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC) tracking to measure student performance. For Instructions on creating quiz content using Flash Quiz templates with AICC, see Macromedia Flash MX 2004 Help.
To publish Flash Quiz template content to Macromedia Breeze Training:
1 From within Flash, select Help > Preparing an AICC-compliant learning interaction for web
hosting. The instructions refer to the extra files and folder needed for the Flash AICC implementation. In Windows, you can find these files in the User Settings folder. 2 To locate the files, either paste the following text into the address bar of Windows Explorer, or select Start > Run, and then paste the text: C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash MX 2004\en\First Run\HTML The following files and folders are at this location: /Learning Extensions Srvr files frameset.htm results.htm scripts {folder} 3 Follow the Flash Help file instructions, but place the files in a local folder on your hard disk rather than on a web server. 4 Rename the frameset.htm file to index.html to prepare it for Macromedia Breeze 5.

Caution: Complete the following step only if you have Flash MX 2004 or an earlier version of Flash. If you have a version of Flash later than Flash MX 2004, skip step 5 and proceed to step 6.
5 Replace the Flash_with_AICC_Tracking.html file (found at C:\Program
Files\Macromedia\Flash 8\en\First Run\HTML) with the Flash_with_AICC_Tracking.html file that you downloaded with this article. The new file ensures that content scales properly when Breeze opens it with Internet Explorer or Firefox. 6 Create a ZIP file archive that contains the SWF file and all the HTML and support files for the project (from steps 15). Make sure that all files are at the topmost level of the ZIP archive, with no parent folder above index.html and the other files.
7 Upload the ZIP file to Breeze. For more information, see Adding new content to the Content
library in Breeze LiveDocs.
8 Create a course or curriculum that uses the content you uploaded in step 7.
Content must be used as a course in order for tracking reports to become active in Breeze.
9 To test your work, enroll one or more students in the new course or curriculum and complete

the content.
