Customers are required to purchase the above smartphones and subscribe to specified Service Plans for a Minimum Contract Period of 18 months and settle all Charges via autopay using his/her own eligible credit card. 4. SMS sent to other network users within Hong Kong are regarded as "Inter-network SMS". Unused Quota units cannot be carried forward to the next month and will be forfeited at the end of the relevant month. Within the monthly Quota, Customers can enjoy a special rate for sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.6 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS (sent from Hong Kong). The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.2 per Intra-network SMS; $0.8 per Inter-network SMS; and $3 per International SMS (sent from Hong Kong). 8. SMS is for the Customer's personal and non-commercial use only. 9. Each SMS shall contain not more than 70 Chinese characters or 160 English or Alphanumeric characters. 10. Local Thereafter Charges : Voice Call: $0.8/minute ($0.5 "within MTR Stations"); Mobile Data: $0.01/KB (charged on a 10-unit round up basis); 3G Mobile TV: $1/minute; Video Call: $1/minute within CSL's networks and $2/minute for any Video Call to or from any other Hong Kong mobile operator(s); MMS: $2 per MMS. 11. "Within MTR Stations" means the areas inside the ticket turnstiles of MTR stations and inside MTR trains (save and except all aboveground areas within MTR stations and those aboveground areas where trains travel). MTR thereafter airtime charge applies after all Service Plan minutes are deducted. 12. Unless otherwise stated, Customers are required to pay a MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Service Licence Fee of $12 per month. 13. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only. For details on roaming and international charges, please refer to one2free's website. 14. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute. 15. Free Call Management Package includes Call Forwarding Bundle, Voice Mail, Caller Display, Call Waiting and Call Conference. After the Minimum Contract Period, the then prevailing charges of the Call Management Package will be payable for continuous subscription. 16. When a Customer uses the Call Waiting service and is connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting. 17. CSL Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above offer, Service Plans and Mobile Services without prior notice and to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
