i have been looking to buy a new camera for a while. I looked at the cybershoot and it looked awesome. But dont let looks fool you. great outdoor pictures.some say indoor pictures are not that good , but you will have to go through the manual and check the settings. a bit pricey, but if you look around online you can find it cheaper. The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T1 takes the same features found on full-sized digital cameras and squeezes them into a slim.

I read some reviews saying that this camera did not take excellent pictures, but from what I can see, its great! This camera is amazing for relatively close shots (up to 10ft away) in relatively good light.

THIN, LIGHTWEIGHT, fits in your back pocket, and is an Incredible 5.1 MegaPixels Does not have Swivel lens. Small camera size, Large LCD Screen Bad pictures in evening/low light, defective exposure chip out of warranty

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T1 digicam "in my opinion is one of the best digicams. There are two primary advantages to this camera: it has five megapixels and it is compact.

This camera was a trend setter for the digital camera industry to go thin. With the Carl Zeiss lens and the ultra small Memory Stick.

Got it 4 years ago and I am still in love with it. I got this camera 4 years ago and it still serves me well. It is an amazing little snapshot camera.

Step 7 - Flash Module
Caution: this camera houses a very strong capacitor (the black cylinder). Avoid touching anything around the two wires coming out of the top. Doing so will risk serious electric shock. Carefully disengage the internal components from the casing by lifting at the bottom end and giving a gentle tug. The components are still connected to the casing via cables, but they are much more maneuverable. The flash module is shown on the right hand side.

Step 8

Use the tip of a spudger to flip up the tab on the ZIF connecter securing the motherboard ribbon cable. Grasp the flash module by the bottom and remove it.

Step 10

Installing Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T1 LCD

Tools used in this guide

Phillips #00 Screwdriver (1) Spudger (1) Tweezers (1)
Taking out the LCD is one of the more difficult things to do on your Cyber-shot. Because the LCD is located at the back of the camera you will have to take apart the entire camera just to reach it.
