The final product of this project is one that I am very pleased with. While I did not meet all of the design goals from the design statement, overall I designed, constructed and tuned a system that I can be proud of and once I add a subwoofer I think I will have a system that will service me for years to come. The decision to build an active system was one of the first, largest and best
choices I made. This meant that I had to spend more money, but it also made tuning the system much simpler and I may not have been able to achieve the product I did with out it. While I was hesitant to buy the Behringer Digital crossover, I do not regret it, the built in EQ was a lifesaver. The planned crossover points were split in whether they worked or not. The high crossover point of around 2kHz worked fairly well, while the planned low crossover point of 5060Hz was to low for the woofers to handle.
