Defect after using less than a month I bought it in the early September and just used less than a month. The problem came! Asus T91 review This is a great little netbook. Its small and very light, more like a large PDA than a laptop.

Portability was the main reason I bought this computer. But I am feeling this product went too far about portability. To me. Just picked this up for my wife for Christmas and wanted to get it all ready for her when she opens it.

T91 asus This is the most amazing PC i have ever had. It is easy and fast. If it had at least 2 GB and Windows 7 it would be perfect.

ASUS Eee PC T91 Touchscreen Convertible Netbook Clears FCC
Makes its way to the States
Earlier this year, ASUS showcased a new addition to its extensive line of Eee PC netbooks, coming in the form of a new convertible touchscreen tablet netbook, the Eee PC T91. Despite it being showcased on several occasions, including at the CeBIT 2009 event held in Hanover, Germany, the small-sized laptop is yet to become available in the US. However, according to the latest details in the industry, the convertible tablet netbook has just cleared the FCC, taking one step further to its US launch.   According to a recent post on French-language website Netbook 3G, ASUS' new Eee PC model has recently surfaced on the FCC website, confirming an inevitable launch in the near future. Despite no details on the availability date and pricing of the new Eee PC netbook, it's clear that ASUS is taking all the necessary measures to bring its new convertible touchscreen system to all those netbook enthusiasts.   For those who aren't keeping a score, the Eee PC T91 comes as one of the first significant changes to the now traditional form factor of the netbook PC. The Taiwanese company decided to go a bit different with the design of the T91, which is why the system comes in an 8.9-inch package, similar to some early Eee PC 900 and 901 netbooks. It weighs less than one kg and its measurements are 225 x 164 x 25.2-28.4mm (W x D x H), making it even smaller than the aforementioned Eee PC models.   As far as specifications go, the Eee PC T91 is built on the US15W chipset and is powered by a Z530 processor. The 8.9-inch glossy LED backlit display offers a maximum resolution of 1024 by 600 pixels. The system is equipped with 1GB of DDR2 memory, 32GB SSD, 10/100 Ethernet, 802.11 b/g wireless, Bluetooth and integrated webcam. In addition to the basic model, ASUS is expected to launch a T91GO version, which will boast UMTS HSDPA connectivity and which was announced at CeBIT last month.

ASUS Eee PC T91 UK Launch and Pricing Revealed
Coming as early as June 2009
ASUS has made a name for itself for the ever increasing number of Eee PC systems it has rolled out since the launch of its first such model. As the market continues to diversify so does ASUS' Eee PC family, which currently numbers about 24 models, ranging from 7-inch to 10-inch. Despite the company's impressive line of netbook systems, users will soon be faced with a new option, which will provide them with the manufacturer's first touchscreen convertible netbook, the Eee PC T91, announced back in January 2009 at CES.   The Eee PC T91 has been designed with an 8.9-inch form factor and it is the company's first touchscreen convertible netbook, alongside its 10-inch version, the T101H. As with most of ASUS' Eee PC netbooks, the T91 is based on the highly successful Atom processor lineup. This enables the system builder to develop a machine that offers a small and lightweight form factor and delivers the necessary performance for the basic computing experience.   Such is the case with the much anticipated T91, which boasts a touch-sensitive display, combined with a rotating hinge that transforms the netbook into a tablet PC, one of the smallest and slimmest in its class, according to ASUS. The system is said to measure 225 x 164 x 25.2-28.4mm and weigh less than 1kg.   According to a recent news-article on Electricpig, the touchscreen convertible netbook will soon be made available in UK, starting at a price tag of £449. Unfortunately, the technical specifications of said netbook are yet to be confirmed, although some users are likely hoping for TV Tuner and GPS options, which ASUS detailed when it first announced the netbook in January. According to the aforementioned news site, the computer is slated for late May or early June availability.
