For the first time, edges, borders, profiles and now also flat surfaces can be sanded with only one power tool. Performance is uncompromised for the work speed or surface finishing quality. The oscillating movement provides other benefits when surface sanding. Sanding tasks can be carried with great control. The sanding dust is not thrown into the air, but remains on the surface. With the existing dust extraction device (for MM Top) dust-free sanding is possible. Compared to random orbit sanders, it is possible to work close to edges without any recoil effect.

We have compared the sanding performance of the 115 pad with the orbit sander from Bosch PSS 250 AE (250 Watt). Test conducted on a hardwood block (beech), with 60 seconds of sanding. The following removal rates were achieved with 60 grit:
The achieved removal of 6,7 grams was double as high compared with the Bosch orbit sander (3,1 grams)

Technique new sanding pads - what to consider
The new, round sanding pad has been developed for the FEIN MultiMaster FMM 250, FMM 250 Q and the new FEIN SuperCut FSC 2.0 Q / FSC 1.6 Q. It is not possible to use the sanding pad with previously delivered MSx 636 II, MSx 315, FSN 400 E or FSC 2.0/1,6 without QI due to the insufficient torque transmission Please use the 4 inch sanding pad only with FEIN sanding sheets !! The sanding pad (Velcro) could be destroyed when using competitive sanding sheets - in this case we do not assume any warranty
