i-SENSYS Colour Laser Cashback Promotion
Terms & Conditions 1. PARTICIPANTS 1.1. his promotion is only available on purchases T made of the Canon i-SENSYS LBP7200Cdn, LBP5360, LBP7750Cdn, MF8030Cn, MF8050Cn, MF8330Cdn, MF8350Cdn, MF9130 or MF9170 (the Promotional Products) within the United Kingdom (UK) or Republic of Ireland (ROI) between Wednesday 1st September 2010 and Tuesday 30th November 2010 inclusive. 1.2. ll individual Participants must be aged 18 or A over and must be resident in the UK or ROI. 1.3. ll Participants are deemed to have agreed to A be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 2.1. To enter the promotion, the Participant must purchase a Promotional Product within the UK or ROI during the promotional dates specified in clause 2.2 below AND submit a claim in accordance with clause 2.3 below. 2.2. Purchases must be made between Wednes day 1st September 2010 and Tuesday 30th November 2010 inclusive to take advantage of this promotion. Purchases made after 30th November 2010 will not be eligible for Cashback under this promotion. 2.3. To claim the Cashback, Participants must sub mit a valid claim between 1st September 2010 and midnight on Friday 6th January 2011 by: 2.3.1. fully and correctly completing either; (i) a claim form available from participating resellers; or (ii) a claim form which can be downloaded from www.canon.co.uk/isensyscashback or www.canon.ie/isensyscashback. 2.3.2. The Participant must then send the completed claim form, together with the original receipt or valid proof of purchase to the following address; Canon i-SENSYS Promotion, Freepost RSGABBSE-CYCT, Gravity, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD, HP3 9QU, UK. 2.4. Canon will not process any claims received after the closing date of midnight on Friday 6th January 2011. Canon will not process claims which are incomplete or illegible, and accepts no responsibility for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post. 2.5.
