Four colorfast dye-based inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) ensure bold expressive color output, while two channels of pigment-based Matte Black ink enhance the quality of line drawings and text-oriented ofce documents even on uncoated papers. Canons advanced Reactive Ink technology helps prevent colors and text from bleeding and improves adhesion for more durable output. All inks are loaded at the same time with automatic switching of the black inks for best results on the media being used.
