Safety Precaution Before use the phone, please read carefully and abide by the following precaution to avoid dangers or violation of the laws.
General precaution The phone is assembled with sophisticated electronic circuit, magnet and battery system, and should use it carefully, in particular: Keep the phone and its accessories from liquid or out of humidity whenever. Do not stuff inside the phone. Keep the phone from extreme high or low temperature; Keep the phone separate from the magnetic objects, such as computer discs, credit cards and travel cards. And the information stored in the discs or credit cards may be damaged by degaussing. Be sure of power off when take out the battery. Keep metal objects such as coins or key rings from battery pole in case of shortcut. Do not put the battery in the fire. Do not use those batteries, chargers, car charger (where appropriate) or charger with holder not designated by original phone manufacturer, as they will bring potential dangers. Do not abandon the used battery randomly as domestic rubbish Do not repair the phone by self and ask professionals for help. Use the original accessories.
Safety code on the airplane Shut off the phone and take out the battery while on or nearby the airplane. Using phone is illegal on the airplane as it may bring dangers to flight and damage mobile phone network. No use of the phone on the ground unless permitted by the staff.
General safety code While in or nearby the place stored with fuels, chemical products or tinder, please observe the indication on the sign Shut off dual-way wireless phone. Keep the phone, charger and battery beyond reach of the children. Certain electronic medical equipments such as hearing aids and pulse listener, may be influenced by the phone nearby. Please abide by warning signs and suggestion of the manufacturer. Shut off and do not use the phone in the hospital.
Road safety code Focus on driving and keep the car under safety control. Observe all the provisions stipulated in the local traffic safety documents. Under specific traffic conditions, pull the car over the curb and use the phone. No permitted for pulling over the hard shoulder of the freeway to use the phone, unless in the case of emergency. While entering into the fueling station (such as gasoline station), no matter for fueling or not, you should power off the phone. No permitted for placing or delivery of flammable or explosive objects companying with wireless emitter (such as mobile phone).
RF signals may intervene electronic systems installed or not completely screened in the vehicles. Before use the mobile devices, please read carefully the relevant instruction or consult with the manufacturer, sales representatives or experts.
Screen In the standby mode, the colored screen: shows various icons in the top line. shows standby image and time in the middle lines. shows soft key functions in the bottom line.

Get started

Insert SIM card When applying for a mobile number, you will get an embedded SIM card provided by telecom service provider. The SIM card contains all the data as required for communication and can store your personal information, such as PIN code, phonebook and short message, etc. The metal contact of the SIM card is susceptible to be scratched, or damaged due to distortion, and you shall take extreme care to keep, insert or take out the card. If the SIM card is damaged or lost, please contact with your telecom service provider in time. Note: the SIM card and phone shall be placed beyond reach of the children. Insert SIM card: 1. If the phone powers on, inactivate the keypad lock and press the power/end key until the screen shows power off image. 2. Turn the phone and push down the back cover to take out the battery. Then put the metal contact of the SIM card downside, the jag side towards the jagged corner of the card slot, to push the SIM card downward into the card slot. Note: When take out the SIM card, only push up the SIM card. 3. Insert upside of the battery into the fixed slot and slightly push down the battery and then restore the back cover.

Charge the battery The phone is charged with chargeable lithium-ion charger and equipped with travel charger. To use the phone safe, please use the battery and charger as recognized by the Company. Warning for battery use 1. The battery should be charged fully before using the phone. When charge the new battery, the first three times shall better be charged around 14 hours, to ensure the battery is at its best performance after such complete discharge and charge. 2. Youd better complete discharge the battery each month to maintain its best performance. The way is to wait until the phone is powered off due to insufficient battery capacity after depleting. 3. It is normal for the battery and phone to be heated up a little during the charging. And there is a temperature control device in the phone to regulate changes of temperature and the charging that generally needs 3 hours or so.
4. The screen will show the capacity is low message and need charging when the battery voltage is low. And if prompt tone alert tone is set for any mode in the menu profile, the alert tone will ring as reminder. Note: battery performance (standby and call time) varies from different operation methods and networks. Procedures for charging 1. Install the battery in the phone and adapt the charge plug of the travel charger to the slot at the bottom of the phone. 2. Insert the power plug to the standard alternating socket and turn on the power supply to charge. The screen shows charging image when the phone is off. 3. The capacity indicator showing fullness indicates the charging is finished. Then pull the travel charger off the socket and the phone. Note: Do not use the phone by connecting to the charger if the battery is taken out.
Power on and off Long press power/end key to turn on the phone. Long press power/end key to turn off the phone. Note: To press power/end key to turn off, the phone must be at unlock status.
Security code There are several security codes for the phone and SIM card, which protect your phone and SIM card from being used by others. Enter correct code (show as *) and press OK when any of the following codes are required. Scroll down Manu safety settings change code to change PIN, PIN 2 and the phone code.
Phone code The phone code refers to phone lock and mobile code to safeguard your mobile from being used by others. The code is generally accompanied with the phone offered by the manufacturer. The pre-setting code is 1111. If the phone is locked, it will require entry of code to turn on the phone.

PIN PIN (Personal Identification Number, 4 to 8 digits) can prevent other persons from using your SIM card without your permission. PIN is generally accompanied with the phone offered by the network operator. If PIN check is on, it will require entry of PIN to turn on the phone each time. Incorrect entry of PIN three consecutive times, SIM card will be locked. To unlock it as follows: enter correct PUK as the screen prompts; then enter new PIN and press OK; AT prompt of reentry of new PIN, enter new PIN again and press OK; If PUK is correct, the SIM card is unlocked and PUK is renewed.
PUK PUK (PIN Unlock Key, 8 digits) is used to unlock PIN. PUK is generally accompanied with SIM card offered by the manufacturer. If not, please contact the network operator providing you service. Incorrect entry of PUK ten in consecutive times, SIM card will be invalid. You need contact the network operator to renew the card.
PIN2 PIN2 (4 to 8 digits) is accompanied with SIM card offered by the manufacturer, serves for setting call metering and fixed dial, etc. Please contact with the network operator to confirm whether your SIM card supports these functions. If you wrongly input PIN2 in consecutive three times, PIN2 will be locked, and only entry of correct PUK2
can PIN2 be unlocked. To unlock it as follows: enter correct PUK2 as the screen prompts; then enter new PIN2 and press OK; AT prompt of reentry of new PIN2, enter new PIN again and press OK;
PUK2 PUK2 (PIN2 Unlock Key, 8 digits) is used to unlock PIN2. PUK2 is generally accompanied with SIM card offered by the manufacturer. If not, please contact the network operator providing you service. Incorrect entry of PUK2 in ten consecutive times, the functions that need PIN2 will be unavailable. You need contact the network operator to renew the card.
Forbid code Call restrict function needs the forbid code. The code is available from network operator when you apply for this network function.
Lock or unlock keypad lock The keypad lock prevents from unexpected call or operation when the phone is put in the pocket or handbag. When the keypad lock function is on (specific parameters settings security settings function description of keypad lock), the way to unlock is to press right soft key (chart) to select unlock and press # key (chart) to confirm unlock.

Basic functions

Dial In the standby mode, press numerical keys to input area code and telephone number and press dial/answer key. If make international calls, long press 0 key till symbol + shows up, then enter country code, area code and telephone number. When dial extension number, first input the exchange, and long press 0 key till letter P or W shows up, then press the extension number. Now you can press dial/answer key to start call, and owner name will show up if the number is already saved in the phone book. After connecting the ringtone of the counterpart can be heard through the earphone.

Adjust tone During the talkingtone volume can be adjusted by scrolling the up/down navigation key.
End calls Press power/end key to finish the call.
Answer calls While calls incoming, the phone will ringtone or vibrate with backlight on, and the screen displays message of incoming calls. If the ringtone and vibrating function is closed, the phone will only display message of incoming calls on the screen. Press dial/answer key to answer incoming calls; Press power/end key to reject calls.

Quick Dial

If quick dial is set, in the standby mode, long press numerical keys (29) to dial corresponding numbers (see settings phone settings quick dial).
Dial Register In the standby mode, press dial/answer key to review recent call register. Press left soft key to perform: Delete: delete this register; Save: save this register in the phonebook; Dial: dial registered numbers; Edit: edit selected register and save in the phonebook; IP dial: make IP dial at selected register.
Options during talking You can perform many options during talking.
Call waiting If the call waiting function is turned on, tone can be heard during calls. To answer during calls as follows: 1. Press dial/answer key or left soft key to select incoming call and the first call is hung on, then refer to hang on/exchange. 2. Press power/end key or right soft key to reject call, and continue current call; 3. Press left soft key to end current call and answer another call hung on;
Hold on/switch During talking, you can press left soft key to switch to another call holding on.
Call hung on Start another call during talking:
Mute/restore Press left soft key to select open or close the function in the silent/restore menu.
Other options during talking You can scroll to phonebook and short message.
Read short message Incoming short message, the screen will display icon reminding you to read in the inbox.
Missed calls Missed calls will show in the standby image. Press power/end key (chart) to return or left soft key to view.
Phonebook Telephone numbers are saved in the phone (numbering 300) and SIM (depending on capacity).
Search name You can search names in order of pinyin, and then perform IP dial, send message, view register, edit and copy,
Add numbers You can add new telephone numbers to SIM card or the phone, and press up/down navigation key to select options to be input, such as home telephone, company name and even birthday.
Complete duplicate Register on SIM card can be duplicated to the phone, vise verse.
Delete You can delete all content in the phone or SIM card.
Incoming calls group Different groups can be set by name, ringtone and pictures, etc.
Other numbers Set the owners number, service and emergency number.
Settings View capacity of the phone and SIM card. New numbers are stored in SIM card or the phone as default. Name card settings refer to select company name, e-mail, fax number or incoming group while adding new numbers.

Incoming calls picture Select pictures for incoming calls.
Incoming calls ringtones You can select ringtone for incoming calls.

Short message

Write short message Use different input modes to write short message and send to individuals or individuals or group, with # key to switch input method.
Inbox The inbox contains read and unread short message. You can respond, transmit, delete, copy or move to SIM card.
Outbox The box saves all short messages youve sent out. You can respond, transmit, delete, copy or move to SIM card.
Common phrase 10 common phrases are saved and you can edit or delete.

Short message Settings

Mode settings: store or revise short message center number or obtain it from the network operators. Status settings: set message reports and reply route, depending on if its supported by the network operators or not. Capacity check: percent of stored message in the total capacity of SIM card. Stored place: message is saved in SIM card or the phone as default.
Voice mailbox Press up/down navigation key to select Voice mailbox. Edit voice mailbox numbers. Connect to voice to hear message recorded in the mailbox. Message is allowed to be recorded in the mailbox.
Broadcasting Set signals to receive and listen required broadcasting news.
Receive mode Set or close broadcasting function
Read news View broadcasting news
Language Select language for listing news
Channel settings Set signals for receiving broadcasting new

Call register

Missed calls You can check latest 10 missed calls. Press up/down navigation key to select options to delete, save, dial or edit numbers.
Dialed calls You can check latest 10 dialed calls. Select to delete, save, dial or edit numbers.
Answered calls You can check latest 10 answered calls. Select to delete, save, dial or edit numbers.
Delete call register Delete separately or collectively the register of missed, answered or dialed calls.
Call duration Review last call duration, cumulated duration of dialed calls and answered calls.
Call metering With the function, you can calculate expenses for calls, metering rates varying from different time sections.
Short message calculator Review numbers of message sent and received and delete all.

Settings

Dual-card switch You can switch to another SIM card.
Host (auxiliary) cards switch
Host card number Set host card number of SIM card.
Auxiliary card number Set auxiliary card number of SIM card.
Remote roaming alert The phone will alert when SIM card is at roaming status.
Dual-card service Incoming calls to closed SIM card can be diverted to another SIM card in use.
Instruction Specific description and remark of dual-card switch function.
Phone settings Time and date City: 57 cities of the world are selectable. Time/date settings: set time and date and on/off of daylight save time. Format settings: set in 12 hours or 24 hours format, and date is set YYYY/MM/DD, DD-MM-YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY (DD: date; MM: month; YYYY: year). Timing on/off Four groups of timing function to set the time for the phone turning on or off automatically. Language Choose English or simplified Chinese in the language menu. Pre-set input methods Set default input method. Standby menu display Wallpaper: the phone provides default pictures while subscriber can download. Power on cartoon: settings same as wallpaper. Power off cartoon: settings same as wallpaper. Time and date: will display if the function is on. Owners number: will display on the standby image if the function is on. Server name: will display on the standby image if the function is on. Contrast Set contrast.
Quick dial In total 8 groups of numbers can be set.
Specify function key You can define shortcut functions of navigation key as you require. Flight mode The mode is applied when wireless function of the mobile and Bluetooth is invalid. Other settings Call settings Owners number You can choose pre-set, hide or send numbers provided by the network operators. Send number is the default. Call waiting Open or close the function or view current use situation of call waiting. Divert calls It diverts incoming calls that meet certain conditions to another phone. 1. To choose options to divert calls directly, divert when untraced, divert at no answer, and click off the function. 2. Choose types of call diversion.
Restrict calls A network service, it will restrict certain dialing or incoming calls. Restrict dialing To restrict all calls international calls or other calls. Restrict incoming calls To restrict all incoming calls and no calls can be answered when at roaming status. Remove restriction Need the network operators to provide network forbid code to remove the restriction.
Change code Input original forbid code to revise forbid code.
Route switch Switch to route 1 (default) or route 2.
Call duration alert To alert the call duration: close, one sound or periodical alert.
Call duration display Open or close the function.
Automatic redial The phone will redial automatically till the call is ended or answered.

Close groups Enter options to edit, add or close groups.

IP dial

IP dial is a tool for quick dial.
Network settings Select network Search network by hand or automatically. Favorite network Choose a network as priority. The current network of SIM card is default. Press options to add network from PLMN list, change priority of network or delete the current favorite network.
Security settings The function provides some settings options relating to use security.
SIM lock Correct input of PIN to set SIM lock. PIN is a need when setting SIM card on. Incorrect entry of PIN three consecutive times, SIM card will be locked and must input PUK to unlock.
Phone lock To lock/unlock the phone: input code to open or close phone lock, and you need to enter phone code to replace SIM card when the phone is locked.
Keypad lock Lock/unlock the keypad. Set the keypad lock time: 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds and 5 minutes.
Fixed dial Input PIN2 to set fixed dial function for calling numbers stored in the list.
Forbid dial Input PIN2 to set forbid dial function, whereby no numbers stored in the list can be dialed.
Change code Revise PIN, PIN2 and phone code.
Restore default settings Restore parameters to the factory default. Original code 1111 is required for restoring.

Multimedia

Camera Embedded with high pixel CMOS lens, digital zoom size varies from different pictures. In the camera menu, press options to perform: 1. Enter Album: to view, send, rename or delete photos or reorder them as per type, time and size 2. Camera settings: includes shutter sound, exposal compensation, night shoot mode and consecutive shoot settings, etc. 3. Photo settings: such as size and quality 4. White balance: select automation, sunlight, tungsten filament light or daylight 5. Effect settings
6. Photo frame: several frames are selectable 7. Restore default settings: to restore parameters to the factory default settings
Album Quick view album files. See Enter album of camera option for use details.
MP4 player Play MP4 files in the mobile.
Music player Play music files in the mobile. Press navigation key to control volume, play/pause or select songs. Press left soft key to enter play menu, select song and then press: Play Details to view information of this song Add to alarm storeroom to add this song to the list Settings to set or close automatic list, play method or background play.
Games The phone provides a set of games. Chicken downstairs Control the chicken to avoid spine upside (and ladder with spine) or fall off. Numerical key 4 or left navigation key: go left Numerical key 6 or left navigation key: go right Numerical key 5: fly upwards
Games settings Include set or close sound effect and vibration.

Tools kit

Calendar Allow to view and edit schedule at fixed date. Schedule: check or edit current schedule. See memo for details. Select fixed date: view or edit schedule of that date Lunar calendar: set up or close lunar calendar
Memo Several memos are available for browse, append, edit or delete. Press up left soft key to further: 1 set up date for triggering memo; 2 set up time for triggering memo; 3 input text of memo; 4 open alarm clock of memo and set its ring method; 5 press right soft key to finish.
Alarm clock The mobile provides five alarm clocks. Select to the edit option to set. 1 Go to open; 2 set up time for triggering alarm clock; 3 alarm clock ring: one time, each day, one day or days in a week; 4 setup of lazy time; 5 set vibrating and alarm, alarm or vibrating; 6 press right soft key to finish.
Calculator Calculator performs add, subtract, multiple and divide as follows: 1 enter the first number; 2 enter operator such as +, -, and ;
3 enter the second number; 4 calculate; 5 continue calculate with the outcome; 6 delete by pressing right soft key. 7 exit.
Shortcut functions Enter shortcut option to edit various functions, and perform with navigation key.
Network service The phone provided internet service using SIM card and other entertainments.
Input modes Use input like simplified Chinese, English and numbers to write short message, edit the phonebook and memo.
Switch input modes Switch input among <pinyin>, <strokes>, <ABC>, <abc> and <123> with # key. Punctuation input Press * key to enter the option and select with navigation key. Pinyin input Input Latin letters and press select, and Chinese character will show up. Select with navigation key and press select to finish input. Strokes input Input strokes like write a character. Select with navigation key and press select to finish input. ABC input Standard Caps English input method. 123 Press (09) key to input corresponding Arabic numerals
