Cables & Adapters
If your recording device has a mini-jack as input (iRiver, Edirol, soundcards, Zoom), you will need an audio cable with mini-jack male (3,5mm) on one side and 2x chinch male on the other side:
This is how a standard mixer looks like from the back. You need to plug your audio cable into REC OUT or MASTER OUT - or you let the audio engineer do it for you.
It depends on the mixer what plugs are available as REC OUT or MASTER OUT: If your recording cable has 2x chinch ,

Upload Your Recording

1. Go to http://www.play.fm/recording/create 2. Choose type of your recording studio mix event recording radio show interview 3. Add info performing artists styles, etc. 4. Upload the file Length: Minimum 20 minutes (only interviews may be shorter) Format: mp3, ogg, ra, ram or aac (wav or aiff need to be converted before uploading) Bitrate: 128 kbps or higher Sample rate: 44.1khz 5. Publish You need to have permission of the performing artist or his/her management (if you dont have it we can try to get it for you) Do not upload singles, albums, compilations from only one label unless you have the permission from copyright holders. Due to our policy we don't support the presentation of single tracks. Recordings of only one track will be deleted. 6.
