works well this is very overpriced from crutchfield.. i got this here for two fity and got a second one on ebay for about half of that... Excellent Powered sub for price This was an awesome sub package. Amazon had the best price for it by far. I put this in a 528 bmw.

1. Attach the fixtures B 2 to the speaker unit temporarily, using the machine screws 5. (Fig. 5) 2. Place a wooden board of sufficient size, with more than 20mm of thickness, under the carpet of the car. (Fig. 6) 3. Screw the fixtures B 2 firmly onto the wooden board using the tapping screws 6. (Fig. 6) 4. Insert the cushion 4 between the speaker unit and fixtures B 2, and fix in place. (Fig. 6) 5. Finally, lightly shake the speaker unit to check that it is securely fixed. 1. Accrochez les supports B 2 l'enceinte fermement l'aide des vis mtaux 5. (Fig. 5) 2. Disposez une planche de bois de taille suffisante, d'une paisseur suprieure 20mm, sous le tapis de la voiture. (Fig. 6) 3. Vissez fermement les supports B 2 la planche de bois grce aux vis auto taraudeuses 6. (Fig. 6) 4. Insrez le coussin 4 entre le haut-parleur et les supports B 2 et fixez-le bien. Troubleshooting Guide

Often, what appears to be a malfunction is due to user error. Before calling for service, please consult the following table. Problem Cause Remedy
Check the (+)/(-) polarity of the power cord and that the cords are not shorted, then replace with a fuse with the rated capacity. Re-connect the cords correctly by referring to the connection example (on page 5). Connect the cord correctly by referring to the connection example (on page 5). Check the connections of all cords, then connect the (-) cable to the battery. Insert the connector all the way in. Attach the grounding terminal to the metallic section of the vehicle (not a coated surface) by tightly screwing it. Check the connections of all cords, then connect the (-) cable to the battery. Switch the attenuator OFF. Increase the volume to an optimum level. Connect the cords correclty by referring to the connection example (on page 5). Insert the connectors or jacks all the way in to the terminals. Plug the cord into the remote control connector. Set the volume to an optimum level. Connect the cords correctly by referring to the connection example (on page 5). Attach the grounding terminal to the metallic section of the vehicle (not a coated surface) by tightly screwing it. Adjust the tone balance by switching the PHASE switch to 0 or 180 as required.

The fuse is blown.

Power cannot be turned on (the POWER indicator does not light).
The power supply pin (yellow) of the 10-pin connection cord is not connected. The power control pin (blue) of the 10-pin connection cord is not connected. The 10-pin connector is not plugged in completely. The grounding pin (black) of the 10-pin connection cord is not connected. The negative (-) cable of the car battery is disconnected. The attenuator of the center unit is set to ON. The LEVEL control is set to the MIN position.

No sound

The speaker cords are connected improperly. Connection terminals are connected improperly. The remote control cord is unplugged.
Sound quality is bad (sound is distorted).
