Purchasing a Page Plus Solution

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Lexmark reserves the right to cancel, alter or extend this program at any time without prior notice. 2. Onsite service is not available for the following locations: Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, and Baffin Island. 3. Monthly print volume includes copies and fax prints. Monthly scan volume is 25% of the total monthly page volume. 4. A printed page is defined as one side of an 8.5 x 11 page. A scanned page is defined as a one 8.5 x 11 page. 5. All toner cartridge yields are based on 5% page coverage of a standard 8.5 x 11 page. 6. All street prices are estimated in Canadian dollars. Reseller prices may vary.

Q. What happens if I require more toner cartridges than provided?
A. If your monthly page volumes are higher than what is offered, consider purchasing the next model in the series which allows for increased monthly volumes. If after purchase you require more cartridges than initially provided, simply call your Reseller to purchase additional supplies. The cost of any additional supplies purchased is outside the Page Plus Solution price and will be an additional charge to you.
Q. How do I arrange to have the X864dhe & X945e models installed?
A. Once you receive the product, simply visit www.lexmark.ca/pageplus. Complete the online registration form and a Lexmark representative will contact you to confirm an installation date. Please note that prior to the technician arriving, the packaged product will need to be brought to the installation area. The technician will then unpack the product and connect the components. The device is then ready to make a stand-alone copy. Installation does not include integration to your network or fax.
Q. What if I require additional services to integrate the Page Plus Solution on my network?
A. We are here to help. This service can be arranged by either your Reseller or by Lexmark (1-800-LEXMARK), for an additional fee. Please contact your Reseller if you are interested in this option.
Q. Will Lexmark install my maintenance kits?
A. If your Page Plus Solution includes a maintenance kit, simply call 1-800-LEXMARK and an authorized service technician will come and install the new one for you as required.
