Mini bowl in high resistant polycarbonate with its unique stainless steel mini blade. Ideal for chopping herbs, onions, small quantities of meat, making salad dressings and for making baby food. Midi bowl* made from highly resistant polycarbonate, practical and easy to clean. Specially designed to capture grated and finely sliced fruits, vegetables and cheese. Ideal for all types of preparation. Main bowl made from highly resistant polycarbonate ideal for all preparations of high quantity: mincing, mixing, chopping, kneading, grating, slicing, emulsify, beating. Stainless steel Sabatier knife blade for professional cutting quality: Ideal for chopping meat, crushing ice, crushing almonds, blending sauces and milkshakes, mixing soups.
Extra large feed tube*: enables the slicing and shredding of whole or large pieces of fruit and vegetables. (unique feature on XL models)

2mm slicing disc: for very fine slicing of vegetables to make crisps and fruit to use in tarts. 2mm grating disc: for extra fine grating of fruits, vegetables, cheese. 4mm slicing disc*: ideal for slices of fruit or vegetables for gratins or salads. 4mm grating disc*: ideal for grating fruit, vegetables, cheese etc. 6mm slicing disc*: ideal for doing thick slices of fruit or vegetables. 6mm grating disc*: allows thick grating of fruit or vegetables French Fry disc*: ideal for making large fries or large batons of fruit and vegetables. Julienne disc*: ideal for producing fine chips and small batons of fruit and vegetables. Parmesan/Rasping disc*: ideal for grating hard cheeses such as parmesan or hard chocolate.
Dough blade*: for kneading heavy pasta dough, bread dough, brioche and pastry. NEW dough blade*: (available on the Cuisine Systeme models) for professional kneading quality.
Egg whisk: ideal for whisking egg whites, creams and for desserts such as meringues, mousses and souffls. Juice extractor*: ideal for extracting a pure and clear juice from most types of fruits and vegetables. Juice extractor kit for XL models*: this kit is adapted to suit only food processors that have an extra wide feed tube. Citrus press*: ideal for extracting a clear juice from all types of citrus fruits. 2 cones provided for smaller fruits such as lemons and limes and larger fruits such as grapefruit. 3 bowls: As well as the main bowl, Magimix has created the Midi bowl and the Mini bowl. Placed inside the main bowl, each of these bowls functions entirely independently thus allowing you to carry out several tasks in succession and therefore saving time. The Main bowl is ideal for preparing larger quantities of food or for making cakes and bread dough's. The Midi bowl is the ideal size for slicing and shredding and is useful for doing salads. The Mini bowl is designed to handle smaller quantities and comes with its own unique serrated stainless steel blade.
