Plastic casing is a nuisance and bad for the environment. Why do companies still do this? Required a knife to open. Good sound quality. Go for a better model. Cheap and small compact package Very low speaker volume and very poor noise cancellation

I love this blue tooth but the ear gels are impossible to find. I have to order them online. This is the only draw back to this product. Durable. This headset, when used correctly, has very little if any background noise and offers great battery life and quality. Clear Signal, Good Sound.

The Plantronics Discovery 665 is a great little Bluetooth headset with amazing sound quality. Due to its lack of charging options, however.

Nice headset. I bought this after owning a Motorola H700. There is a significantly noticable difference in sound quality. I like the head set.

I asked the agent 3 times about this. I paired the headset with my phone and it worked great. My husband tried to pair it with his phone to see if it was compatible, but it would not pair.

The volume control is difficult to use when in a call, although once adjusted, it works OK. Clear Signal","Comfortable","Easy To Use". Better than my Jawbone 1 in every way. Clear Signal","Comfortable","Durable","Easy To Use","Good Sound","Good Volume Control","Lightweight

I loved it when i first got it, but as time went on (3 weeks) it got to be dis-connected/unpaired very often. Have you ever seen the old cartoons of the crash dummies? When they get hit in a particular spot on their chest, they just fall to pieces. it is not the best nor the worst. 3rd bluetooth i own, jabra 250 and 500 plus this platronic being the latest of the collection.
