Akrapovi Slip-On exhaust system for the Porsche 911 Carrera/Carrera S/ Cabriolet/Targa (997 DFI) Akrapovi Slip-On Race exhaust system for the Porsche 911 Carrera/Carrera S/Cabriolet/Targa (997 DFI) In its thoroughly refurbished edition, the Porsche 911 family now hosts further improved direct injection engines under the hood that can be combined with a coupe or a cabriolet body shell, the Targa edition or with a four-wheel or a rear-wheel drive. In addition to the homologated aftermarket Slip-On exhaust system for Porsche 911 Carrera, we also offer a version of the Slip-On Race aftermarket exhaust system, which answers even the most demanding wishes. The system also boasts an optional kit for exhaust valves control, which allows for the regulation of noise levels of the exhaust system and offers a choice between a regular and a racing sound. The latter will bring extra pleasure to the owner, because it is reminiscent of the best in the 911 series, the GT3 model and makes one feel like they themselves are in the middle of a race. The loud sound is not the only inspiring aspect. The Porsche 911 Carrera (997 DFI) is also tangibly better with regard to efficiency. A Porsche with the Akrapovi Slip-On Race exhaust system is noticeably more powerful between 3.000 and 6.500 rpm. It is therefore that much more pleasurable pushing it to its limits and making it roar with the distinctive GT3 sound. Its position to asphalt is also improved, because the Akrapovi SlipOn Race system offers an almost 10 kilogram* weight reduction in comparison to the stock system. This offers a better power to weight ratio when power is greatly increased. Our engineers were also able to extract additional power of 17 HP* and torque of 30 Nm*.
