| I've had disappointing but somewhat acceptable results using a Samsung Dongle to view Netflix on my late model Samsung TV. Reception for other devices is outstanding in same room. I now wish to stream Amazon Preferred video and find that Samsung has not yet updated the firmware. How hard can this be? I've always loved Samsung's video quality, but if it can't support products that were bought for a specific reason (the ability to stream video to my TV) I feel my brand loyalty may be misspent. | |

| Excellent entry level Blu-Ray player This is my first stand alone Blu-Ray player purchase. I also have a Playstation 3. Works great--no problems I am very pleased with this unit. It worked just fine right out of the box. As someone who has worked in IT all my life. | |

| Not sure what the hold up on the Hulu plus app is here. Samsung has an app, its just not available for this player (yet, hopefully). Received this unit as a Christmas gift. Setup was easy, but when I tried to send a 1080p video signal to my TV, which is a full 1080p Samsung. | |

| I bought the Samsumg BD-C5500 to replace my DVD player and because I wanted to get NetFlix off the Wii. While I liked the product in general. | It was easy to install, and picture is fantastic. It exceeded expectations! DVD Upconversion","Easy Set-Up","Excellent Image Quality". Start up gives you choices, DVD, computer, etc. Good quality for the price. Easy Set-Up","Excellent Image Quality","Good Connections Everything works amazing on the bdc5500 and did I mention the picture quality is outstanding? Very easy to set-up and it makes my old dvd's look great with the upconversion. InternetTV is good. | |

| Where do I start...first with admission that I am a detail freak and tough critic... proprietary wireless adapter not included which costs a good 80 daollars Plays blu rays and dvds. Netflix works Constant firmware updates. | |
