It does what it says on the box I love this phone. I have used it now for about a month and aqm very happy with it. The battery life is very good.

Great phone. No problems with it yet. Fast internet, good apps, ect. The only thing is that for a touch screen, it does not have a qwerty keyboard. After reading many reviews, I purchased this phone for my teenage son. The phone is small and thin so it fits easily in your hand or pocket.

This phone is thin, light, and easy to use. The foreign branding threw me a bit, not sure how it came up when I searched for "USA retail unlocked.

SAMSUNG S5620 MOBILE MY HUBBY LOVES THIS, IT HAS A LOCK BUTTON ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PHONE, AS MY HUBBY IS ALWAYS MAKING CALLS UN-INTENTIONALLY. gud Very pleased with it. Small light and easy to use, and plenty of gizzmos if you need them. Plus simfree so can change sim when ever you want.

Samsung S5620 Monte Officially Unveiled
An affordable touchscreen device
South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung has just unveiled a new touchscreen-enabled handset that should make a lot of enthusiasts out there rejoice, the Samsung S5620 Monte. The new mobile device is being shown to the world just before the Mobile World Congress kicks off next week in Barcelona, Spain, and one might also expect for the company to demonstrate its capabilities at the event. [ADMARk=1]The new Samsung S5620 Monte comes with a 3-inch touchscreen display that boasts a WQVGA resolution, coupled with a 3.2-megapixel photo snapper, and a great deal of connectivity options, including Wi-Fi capabilities, as well as support for Exchange ActiveSync, or integration with Google's Latitude service, which offers users the possibility to keep track of their friends' whereabouts. According to Engadget, the new mobile phone is expected to sport a rather affordable price tag when launched on the market, but there are no exact details on what this actually means, it seems. However, the specifications list of the device shows that it packs a series of features usually found in high-end handsets, which means that it might turn into a very appealing mobile phone in the end. Among the features that will be available with Samsung S5620 Monte, we can count the handset vendor's TouchWiz user interface, which is said to arrive here in a 2.0 Plus flavor, as well as integrated FM radio with RDS, built-in GPS receiver with AGPS, and 3.6Mbps HSDPA on the 900 and 2100MHz bands. At the same time, the phone also includes a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 16GB of additional storage space. Hopefully, Samsung will bring the new S5620 Monte with it at the MWC show in Spain next week, and we'll be able to learn more details on its market availability and pricing at that time, so stay tuned to learn additional details on this as soon as they are available.

Samsung Monte and Wave Coming Soon to Orange UK

Wireless carrier Orange UK plans on releasing some appealing handsets on its airwaves in the near future, among which Samsung S5620 Monte and Samsung S8500 Wave are included. Both devices are set to offer users a great option when it comes to staying connected with friends and family over social networking sites, and will soon join the Black HTC Desire on the carrier's lineup.

"Get connected with the Samsung S5620 Monte. With an expressive design of contrasting colours this phone has great features like a suite of social networking applications and fast internet browsing. The enhanced touch screen makes it easy to use and the large display makes for easy viewing. Take photos with the 3.2 megapixel camera and Geo-tag your location or check out your tunes on the MP3 player or FM radio," the carrier states about the first of the new Samsung phones.
The specifications list of Monte includes a 3-inch full touchscreen display, HSDPA 3.6 Mbps connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5 mm audio jack, A-GPS support, FM radio with RDS, MP3 player, microSD memory card slot with support for up to 16GB of additional storage space, and a battery that can offer up to 4.8 hours of talk time, or up to 18 days of standby time, all inside a device that measures 108.8 x 53.7 x 12.4 mm and weighs in at 92g.
[img=2]As for the Samsung Wave, it is the first handset from the South Korean phone maker to run under the company's own bada OS. With a fast processor inside, a large touchscreen and great social networking features, the Wave is set to show that bada is capable of delivering a great user experience. Moreover, it includes HSDPA 7.2Mbps, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, A-GPS, accelerometer, FM radio, music player and more.
"Stay social with the Samsung S8500 Wave. You can keep your contacts close to with the Social Hub which brings all your social networks together, while TouchWiz 3.0 allows you to customise your handset your way. The large 3.3 inch AMOLED touch screen makes colours come alive, 1GHz processor ensures great graphics and high-speed internet means you'll always be connected," is what Orange has to say about it.
