Features

This microphone can be used attached to a camera with a microphone jack and an Auto-lock Accessory Shoe. The stereo (Middle-Side) system enables natural sound pick-up, delivering a stereo sound image with superb clarity. The pickup pattern (affecting the soundstage width) can be set to 90 or 120 according to the sound source.

Installez la pile bouton avec les faces et orientes selon les indications et lintrieur du logement de pile. Nessayez pas de recharger la pile bouton. Elle nest pas rechargeable. Retirez la pile bouton si le microphone ne doit pas tre utilis pendant un certain temps. Si la pile bouton devait fuir, essuyez soigneusement toute llectrolyte dans le logement de pile et installez une nouvelle pile bouton. Rangez les piles bouton hors de porte des enfants qui risqueraient de les avaler accidentellement. En cas dingestion, consultez immdiatement un mdecin.
Identification des lments
Bonnette antivent Posez-la sur le microphone pour rduire le bruit de souffle caus par le vent ou la respiration. Remarques Ne lavez pas la bonnette antivent dans leau. Si la bonnette antivent devait tre mouille, laissez-la scher naturellement. Tmoin de contrle de la pile Lorsque le commutateur dalimentation/angle de prise de son est rgl de OFF sur ON, le tmoin de contrle de la pile clignote momentanment pour indiquer le niveau de charge restant. Quand le tmoin de contrle de la pile clignote faiblement ou ne clignote pas du tout, remplacez la pile bouton par une neuve. Precautions

The microphone is a precision instrument. Do not drop, hit or apply excessive shock to it. Keep the microphone away from high temperatures and humidity. When using the microphone outside, be careful not to get it wet with rain or seawater. During movie recording, operation noises or beeps from the camera or lens may be recorded. You can prevent noise from the lens by using in manual focus mode. If you touch the microphone during recording, noise will be recorded. Be careful not to touch the microphone, especially with your hair, head attire, etc. If you change the pickup pattern switch setting of the microphone during recording, noise may occur. Do not hold the camera only by the microphone. The microphone may be damaged or camera may fall. When carrying the microphone, remove the microphone from the camera and put it in the supplied carrying pouch. The battery check lamp lights up momentarily and soon goes out. Be sure to turn off the power/pickup pattern switch of the microphone after use. The microphone has a very soft joint with a special vibration absorbing structure to prevent vibration from the camera being recorded as noise. For this reason, the main body of the microphone may move.

Identifying the Parts

Wind screen Place on the microphone to reduce popping noise caused by wind or breath. Notes Do not wash the wind screen in water. If the wind screen gets wet, let it dry naturally. Battery check lamp When the power/pickup pattern switch is switched from OFF to ON, the battery check lamp flashes momentarily to indicate the remaining battery level. When the battery check lamp flashes dimly or does not flash at all, replace the button battery with a new one. Power/pickup pattern switch (See illustration ) Set according to the sound source. ON OFF The power turns on. The power turns off. When picking up a sound with a narrow soundstage, or a distant sound (conversation, solo instruments, etc.) When picking up a sound with a wide soundstage, or a nearby sound (concert, theatrical performance, etc.)
