So I have see bad cell phones before, but this has to be one of the worst ones there is. First of all, it is small, which to an extent is very nice.

I think this phone is really awesome and I would totally recommend it but like I said the experience with this phone is even better if you own a PS3.

If you are looking for a multimedia phone, Aino would be a worthy and good choice. Despite being a little pricy, it is still value for money.

Sony Ericsson Aino This product came from Hong Kong. I was told it was a UK model but started off all in Chinese and when I updated the software.

Ive heard that you can take photos in full screen 16:9, is that true and are there any other changes made in the camera? In camera mode you only get full screen 16:9 with 6 megapixels, if you want to use 8 megapixel mode the phone will use 4:3 in non-full screen mode. Some other changes are that you can set the self timer to 2 sec, 10 sec or off. When recording videos you can choose a mode called nHD which stands for Near High Definition. Resolution here is 640x352. The camera can only be used when the phone is closed. There is something called Media Servers under Media > Music, what is that? You can, via Wi-Fi, stream music from a PC thanks to UPnP-technology (Universal Plug and Play). For this to work you need to be connected to the same wireless network as the PC. UPnP devices are "plug-and-play" in that when connected to a network they automatically announce their network address and supported device and services types, enabling clients that recognize those types to immediately begin using the device. What is DLNA used for? Your phone has a built-in DLNA server that connects to a network using Wi-Fi. DLNA is used within a wireless network and it enables all DLNA devices to communicate within your wireless network. How do I setup the phone for DLNA? To use DLNA you first need to connect to a wireless network using your Aino. You also need to set this wireless network as your favorite network. The next thing to do is to turn on Content sharing (Settings > Connectivity > Content sharing). In your chosen wireless network, your Sony Ericsson phone which works as a Digital Media Server can share its contents with computers that have DLNA software installed or with other DLNA devices. How do I use DLNA? 1. Activate DLNA software installed in your computer. 2. If you also have DLNA devices such as PLAYSTATION3, turn on the DLNA devices within your wireless network. 3. Turn on Wi-Fi in your DLNA devices if needed. After searching the network, the DLNA devices will find your phone and show all possible servers in your wireless network. 4. Select the Sony Ericsson phone as the server. 5. Transfer and show the contents from your phone to the DLNA devices according to the commands in the DLNA devices.

Markus Hermansson, SECC Nordic Date: 2009-09-16 Can I use DLNA to download media from other devices to my Aino? No, Aino does not have a SMB client for downloading media files via DLNA. It can only operate as a DLNA server, sharing its content.
