Hy.I have a sony ericsson k610i.One day I was plaing on the phone and it suddenly turned off.Since then I can't turn it on.Please help.

Try taking the battery out, replace it and restart the phone.Failing that, use the link below to run the SE update service or phone repair via PC suite.

I tried changing the battery and updating the software but it did not work.

Then try phone repair via PC suite (this option is under the Help tab of the PC suite page-select it and follow the instructions) and failing that, try a repair centre.
