SE Aspen (M1i) - installtion issue

I use SE Aspen (M1i) - i installed new software updates using update service s/w. After installing the updates i am not able enter into my mobile phone. It stops with select your language and not able choose "Next" button or "Next" button is disabled

Kindly help

Firstly, run the update software again.
Second, if you do get to that same area, is that the first time you must use the touch screen? Have you tried both the stylus and your finger? Can you navigate with the keypad? Let me know.
