Personally SE W model makes the best music phone and the W995 is made well beyond its limit. As for comparison. Works well but it really depends on your carrier and call area! Very fashionable design and silver color is most popular then black then red. Having owned 2 previous SE Walkman phones, the W850 and W960i I much prefer the sound of the walkmans over the Ipods any day.

Use ATT network in central pennsylvania and wanted a high end sony ericsson. had the c905a but no wifi, threaded messaging. The W995 is an awesome all on one device. I bought the phone looking for an upgrade to the SE T700, which was a great, lightweight, and reliable phone.

Try re-setting the phone: Try Reset settings and if that doesn't work, try Reset All.Otherwise, use the SE update service to update or re-install the software.
