Multi-format playback lets you play CDs, CD-Rs, or CD-RWs loaded with hundreds of MP3, WMA or AAC songs1. The 1-line 13 segment LCD display makes it easy to read song information and the front auxiliary input lets you connect almost any portable audio device to your car's sound system. The MEX-BT2800 features Bluetooth5 hands-free and audio streaming functionality that gives you exceptional sound quality. The MEX-BT2800 includes HFP, A2DP, and AVRCP Bluetooth5 profile support so you can sync your car stereo with your Bluetooth-enabled devices. The optional XA-120IP allows users to connect, charge, and control your compatible iPod2 device directly from the radio. The MEX-BT2800 integrates seamlessly with Satellite Radio3 and Sony HD Radio 4 tuners via Sony Bus adapters (sold separately). The MEX-BT2800 delivers 52 watts of peak power to all four speakers and EQ3 stage 2 lets you adjust the mix for a dynamic sound experience. Built-in Front and Rear/Sub selectable LPF/HPF (Low Pass Filter/High Pass Filter) functionality gives you the power to customize the sound output to your external amplifiers and other components. Radio Data System (RDS) feature displays radio broadcast information such as artist, title, and album when listening to compatible AM/FM stations. The included Wireless Card Remote (RM-X304) lets you control the basic functions of your Sony Xplod system while keeping your eyes on the road. Illuminated keys help you find and select control functions in low light and complement the MEX-BT2800's blue backlit display.
