The US Marine Corps ordered a laser rangefinder featuring a target designation function from Carl Zeiss Optronics for its research and development program. With the LRF-D, the optronics company is continuing its outstanding cooperation with the Marine Corps: Our instruments have proven their reliability on numerous missions it is therefore no wonder that the Marine Corps wants to continue using our Zeiss precision, says Ralf Kldtke, President & CEO of Carl Zeiss Optronics.
