Three marketing collateral pieces were printed on each device per the manufacturers recommended best settings. Unlabeled prints were presented, one pair at a time (i.e. one HP and one Samsung print) per marketing collateral piece, in a controlled viewing environment to one reviewer at a time (10 reviewers in total). Reviewers were asked to choose their preferred sample and also indicate if the samples were suitable to be sent to customers. HPs ePrint mobile printing lets you easily print emails, business materials and more directly to your HP printer from virtually anywhere.2 The CM1415fnw has a 3.5 inch color touchscreen interface allowing users to access and print useful business apps from the web without a PC.3 Both HP and Samsung have 4 toner cartridges but Samsung also requires replacement of an imaging unit and waste container unit. Samsung recommends to shake the cartridge to maintain print quality unlike HP. To print on media heavier than 28 lb Samsung recommends loading the tray with only 5 sheets at a time and if >32 lb, only 1 sheet at a time. HPs standard trays automatically feed up to 43 lb plain paper or 59 lb HP laser glossy media.
