Customers who purchase a selected Zanussi oven and Zanussi hob at a participating store between 7th March 2011 and 14th April 2011 (both dates inclusive) may claim a 5 piece pan set and book from Zanussi. Applications are limited to one per household. 2.The offer is open to residents of the UK and Ireland and only available on purchases made at participating stores. 3. Products included in this promotion for which the 5 piece pan set and book can be claimed for are: Built in double ovens model numbers ZOD690X, ZOD580X, ZOD580N, ZOD370X, ZOD370W. Gas hobs model numbers ZGG782CTX, ZGS782ICTX, ZGS782ICTN, ZGS682ICTX, ZGS682ICTN, ZGF980ITX, ZGF780ITX, ZGF640ITX. 4.Claims relating to products purchased before 7th March and after 14th April 2011 will not be accepted. 5.To claim your 5 piece pan set and book please send your completed claim form together with your original sales receipt to: Zanussi Pan Set and Book Promotion, PO Box 3, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1HH.The receipt will be returned to you with your 5 piece pan set and book. 6. All claim forms should be received no later than 31st May 2011. No claim forms will be accepted after this date. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for claims which are delayed, damaged or lost. It is recommended that you make copies of all documents before posting them and that claims are made by registered post. 7. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 8.There is no cash or other alternative to this offer. 9. All instructions given within this leaflet and claim form are part of these Terms and Conditions.
