Is this norm or defect? My Bose Sounddock has a BUZZ when the Ipod is charging and also is in play mode as well. Is there a way to stop the BUZZZZZ?

Just bought the portable version (has a battery) and it sounds amazing considering it can be taken around with you to the beach, etc.

Worth paying that little bit more You can buy products for less than the cost of the Bose system. However when you turn the Bose sound on.

I just adquired the Sounddock 10 and I was looking to get it for a while. As I mentioned the design and sound quality is what I like from Bose.

If I had done more research, I would have passed on this system. Too expensive, to have this type of problem. Sounds ok to me. I bought this to replace the three Altec Lansing systems i went through in the matter of a year. After owning this system for over 7 months now.
