Internet camera with Myeyecam.com For home monitoring, Panasonic also offers a compact, lightweight, sta nd-alone Internet camera (model KX-HCM10) that enables users to remotely view live images from a properly equipped PC1 or over the Internet2. With a suggested retail price of $499.95*, the camera offers embedded software for Myeyecam.com, an optional subscription service that provides users a permanent, personal
2 Internet address so they can easily access live images from virtually any Internet connection anywhere in the world, without special software or downloads. Without Myeyecam.com, users wishing to view camera images via the Internet require a 12-digit Web address that is subject to change on a regular basis, thus necessitating frequent verification of the current address. The Panasonic KX-HCM10, which can be mounted on a wall, ceiling or tripod and can be programmed to e-mail users its images, is well-suited to use in either a home or small office environment. Vandal-resistant mini-dome fixed cameras Another exciting new Panasonic security offering is the line of vandal-resistant mini-dome fixed cameras.
