rcher invented the hot water pressure washer in the 1950s and has now perfected the heating of water under high pressure with several patented innovations that deliver significant heating efficiency resulting in 25% or more fuel savingsenough to pay for the equipment in two to three years, depending the price of fuel and equipment usage. Among the innovations: [1] a high-efficiency burner shoots the flame down onto a firebrick floor that deflects the heat evenly back up and around the coil tubing; [2] a double-pass coil forces the water to pass through the heating chamber twice; and [3] outside air is used to create a thermal insulation barrier around the heating coil while simultaneously pre-heating the air for optimum combustion.

rchers German-built electric hot water machines are the most advanced on the market, featuring Krchers patented axial pump integrated with a 4-pole water-cooled motor for optimum efficiency. Krchers efficient and compact downdraftfired burner uses far less fuel than standard coils. Units come standard with anti-scale system, low-fuel shut-off, low-water protection, high-temperature shut-off, thermal overload protection, pivoting spray lance, soft-grip gun, 50 hose, and high-impact Power Nozzle. Also unique to Krcher are variable water flow, pressure, temperature, and detergent metering. All units are ETL certified to UL and CSA standards.

Powered by reliable Honda engines, Krcher offers your choice of 160CC (5 HP) units with axial pumps or 196CC (6.5 HP) and 389CC (13 HP) units with Krcher crankcase pumps. These Xpert units feature commercial-duty guns and wands and come with downstream chemical injection, four hardened stainless steel quick-couple nozzles and feature 25 or 50-ft of contractor-grade hose rated for 4,000 PSI. The precision welded frames and pneumatic tires make these pressure washers easy to maneuver on any terrain yet they are compact enough to fit in the trunk of most cars.

rchers new TRS-2500 pressure washer trailer is designed to accomodate a variety of pressure washer skids (see list below). This trailer package is rugged, affordable, versatile, and easy to ship and store. Customizing your trailer package is easy: Step 1: Select from a list of compatible Krcher pressure washers (shown below). Step 2: Customize your trailer with a broad selection of options and accessories, such as hose reels, electric or hydraulic brakes, etc. A full list is below. The TRS-2500 is made of rugged 10-gauge steel. The wheel and axle assembly features leaf-spring suspension of up to 3,500 lbs. The 39-inch tongue features a swing-away hinge that saves on storage space.
