Dell warrants batteries in Latitude systems for a period of one(1) year only from the Invoice date. On-site service provided by independent third-party service provider and may not be available in certain remote locations. Technician shall be dispatched if necessary following telephone technical support. Dell Services programmes are subject to the service radius restrictions within the country. On-site service provided by independent third-party service provider and may not be available in certain remote locations. Dell systems, which are not located within the four-hour or two-hour service coverage, will receive the service levels on next business day basis or best effort basis and is subject to service capabilities of the nominated Dell Service Provider. Except for 24x7 services, calls will only be accepted up to 5 p.m local time. Technician shall be dispatched if necessary following telephone technical support. The Dell International Service Program covers 29 countries worldwide where Dell Latitude systems are currently sold and supported. To be eligible for the Dell International Service Program, Dell Latitude system must have been purchased with at least a minimum of 3 year Next Business Day onsite service. The service hours area as defined in the country in which the service is performed. Dell reserves the right to only repair or replace parts available in the country in which the service is being performed. This service is provided on an on-site or return-to-depot basis. Available in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Hong Kong. Customers in Korea, Taiwan, India and China with 24x7 service contracts will follow the normal process to contact Dell Service Provider directly. CompleteCover Service is only available in selected countries for Latitude and Inspiron notebooks. To be eligible for the 1-year CompleteCover service program, a 1 year Parts and Next Business Day onsite, at minimum, must be purchased; the 3 year CompleteCover service program is only available if a 3 year Parts and Next Business Day on-site is purchased. This service excludes theft, loss and damage due to fire or intentional damage. Dell will, if necessary after phonebased troubleshooting, dispatch a technician to the customer for either parts replacement or whole unit replacement determined at Dells sole discretion. The DVD region code can be changed up to 5 times and will then be locked so that it plays only DVD movies from the final region code selected. The region setting applies to commercial DVD movies only, and in no way affects use of DVD media for software applications. Connect at a rate of 11mbps up to 160m from connected access point. Range and speed may vary due to number of users, interference, transmission barriers (such as walls and building materials), and other factors.
